Vinted tembeldab süütud inimesed…

Innocent users get banned.
Zero customer support.
Vinted banned my account based on false accusations of selling a replica. I tried to provide all required proof of authenticity, but they simply do not care. You cannot reach a human, only getting spammed with useless automated bot replies. Honest sellers are treated like scammers with no way to appeal. Total waste of time! Disgraceful service.😡

Sellers beware of ZERO protection

Truly shocking customer service from a sellers perspective. No support unless you're a buyer.

Sold an item worth £140. Was damaged during delivery. To the point where the box looked like it had been played football with. But, apparently this was my fault. Even though it was in a sturdy cardboard box and the item was wrapped in protective packaging. Customer services just send generic responses. Buyer apparently has no obligation to return the item. So they get to keep the item (it had a 5p size tear in the outer seal) and keep their money. Tried to dispute it but got told I could only do so via their legal team, but my email would have to come from a governing body. Truly appalling

Worst customer service I've ever seen.

When it goes right it works well but as soon as you experience a problem, get ready for the WORST customer service you will ever experience. They do not listen to you, they have no contact number to speak to an actual person, once they have made a decision then that is final, even if you have evidence to suggest they are wrong. I hate speaking to their customer service as a seller.
I genuinely am not sure why this company hasn't been investigated yet. They are charging a protection fee but don't expect any level of protection as a seller and since they are the label provider, you cannot be refunded from the carriers who lost your parcel in the first place so expect to be passed off by everyone.

This is the worst platform I have ever…

This is the worst platform I have ever used. My account was blocked simply because someone reported me after I refused their offer. Vinted provided no actual proof, no explanation of which items were supposedly “fake,” and no real investigation. I have receipts for my items and proof of authenticity, yet my account remains blocked.
It has now been 14 days with no proper resolution, no communication, and terrible customer support. Innocent sellers are treated like scammers while false reports are taken seriously without evidence.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would never recommend this platform to serious sellers.

Not deserve one star but I had to give as there's no option no wonder it has 1.3 star ratings
This platform is totally useless when they asked standard seller to convert their account in pro if they want sell for commercial purposes when seller turns pro they said you can't do commercial selling and blocked your account permanently it's a joke seriously? Useless people have no human assistant to talk when you have any issues with your account they blocked me permanently 2 months ago and when I emailed they gave me reason that I am selling cosmetics and beauty items which is totally wrong statement i never sold cosmetics and beauty that reason they gave me today before 2 months ago they gave different reason which was I cant do commercial selling?then why they asked convert to pro? And when you pay your tax up to date then what's the problem to do commercial selling??it's ridiculous they charge handsome money for marketing and also for buyer protection and stuff still they are not satisfied

absolutely horrible when you request refund more than once they will ban you and dont worry they will find a way to ban you and when you ask them why they will just say they are working on t and it has been a year and I still didn't hear any response they are absolutely ignoring me , plus I still didn't get my money back becosue they will request more and more photos until you cant provide any

I sold a pair of original Columbia…

I sold a pair of original Columbia shoes on Vinted for €22.

The buyer claimed they were “not authentic” and returned them in significantly worse condition than when I shipped them. I provided clear before-and-after photos showing new tears, sole separation and damage caused after the sale.

Despite the evidence, Vinted refunded the buyer and closed the case without properly addressing the condition difference or asking for proof that the item was fake.

As a seller, I feel completely unprotected. If you sell used items on this platform, make sure you take detailed photos and videos before shipping because customer support may still side with the buyer even when the item is returned damaged.

I was a seller on vinted

I was a seller on vinted. I was selling sneakers. I have over 100 pair of sneakers I keep them in good condition. I sold 5 pair on vinted, shipped the buyer received gave me good feedback and when I tried to post some more they blocked my account saying I was selling fraudulently shoes. I took pics send in and was still denied and my.account blocked. They need to have better people making these decisions about the merchandise being sold because all of my shoes are authentic and I was selling cheap just to get rid of them and make me a few dollars and now vinted won't let me use their platform all because a teammember that definitely does not know authentic sneakers when he/she sees them

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent if you encounter issues you and your buyer are basically left to resolve this as AI is really not an effective tool for issues it would also be helpful if you could extend your time to complete a purchase they could add a button for a 2 day extension for collecting and trying out things as a seller I want my buyers to be completely satisfied before a purchase is completed

Biggest shopping regret

On 5th of May, I bought sunglasses from a seller. In the order page, it was shown that the order will be cancelled if it wasn't sent before 13th of May. I waited until 13th of May and saw that they've changed the delivery date to 16th of May for auto-cancelling. I tried to cancel it but the seller refused and created a tracking number. Today is 20th of May, and there is bo update on delivery. I contacted to Vinted and they told me that they can't cancel it before 19th of June. If the item doesn't arrive before 19th of June, then they will start cancelling process. This wasn't written anywhere in the product listing page, and I learned it today.
This was my second and last shopping on Vinted.

I would sProof of delivery, buyer confirmation, and still no resolutiontrongly avoid writing anything…

I never thought I would have such a terrible experience with Vinted until I encountered a serious platform synchronization issue that completely exposed how ineffective and unprofessional their support system really is.

I sold an item worth around €200 using the QR shipping label generated directly by Vinted through DPD. The parcel was correctly accepted by DPD, tracked normally through the network, and officially delivered to the buyer. I provided:
• DPD acceptance confirmation,
• full tracking information,
• official proof of delivery,
• screenshots,
• and even messages from the buyer confirming receipt of the item.

The buyer himself also contacted Vinted support to confirm that the item had been received.

Despite all of this, Vinted still suspended the transaction and restricted part of my account functionality because their own system failed to synchronize correctly with the DPD tracking information.

What shocked me most was not the technical error itself, because technical problems can happen on any platform. What shocked me was the complete lack of competent support afterwards. It genuinely felt like nobody was properly reviewing the evidence being provided. Every response felt automated, repetitive, and disconnected from the actual facts of the case.

Even more absurdly, Vinted restricted my ability to buy items on the platform while still allowing me to sell, despite there being absolutely no evidence of fraud or wrongdoing on my side. The issue was clearly caused by their own systems.

For a company handling financial transactions between users and charging fees under the promise of “protection” and platform security, this level of support is unacceptable.

This experience completely destroyed my trust in the platform and honestly made me realize how badly the second-hand marketplace space still needs serious competition and better customer support standards.

Poor handling of delivery disputes on Vinted

Hello, I’m the seller.
The delivery photo clearly shows a communal mailbox area, which matches Vinted’s definition of a correct delivery location.
Tracking confirms it was delivered to a secure location at the delivery address.
The buyer has not provided any evidence that the address is incorrect.
According to Vinted’s guidelines, when a parcel is delivered to a communal mail area at the correct address, the buyer is responsible for collecting it.
I have fulfilled my obligations and kindly request that my payout is released. My account is yngz10 I will be expecting to hear back from you

Vinted.com is unrealiable!

I have purchased IN GOOD FAITH a new polo with tags off vinted.com from a seller in Poland! The shirt was too small wherefore I sold it on. The buyer is now accusing me of selling counterfeit products which I dispute and herewith PROTEST against. Vinted.com has the responsibility! Be very carefull buying new products of vinted.com as is it obviously unrealiable!
I want my money back !

I bought a pair of designer boots

I bought a pair of designer boots, Vinted verified as authentic. They were very poor quality fakes and I alerted Vinted, sent them back only to be told they were authentic despite loads of pictures and evidence to the contrary. I reported to Trading Standards and went for refund via my bank. Vinted banned me and blocked access to emails evidencing my case.
Thank you Vinted for blocking me, as I would NEVER trust your platform or services again.

I AM VERY ANGRY AT VINTED

OMG...where do I start...

I have spent at least a couple of grand buying items off vinted!

I had a go at listing an item to sell (thought I'd sell something small and easy to pack to get in the swing of it) and they blocked my account saying that i'm a scammer!!

Of course they have to make sure there's no scammers using their website but ANYONE can see by looking at my item that I'm not doing anything untoward, that whatever has flagged my sale up to them was not correct and its obviously totally a rookie mistake whatever was flagged up to them.

I have appealed twice but the answer is still no. I have tried a 3rd time but not holding up much hope....I have been sent their stock message that they are lookinh into it but they have sent the same message the last 2 times i appealed!

I just can't believe how they are treating me! I could understand if I am a scammer but I'M NOT a scammer in any shape or form!

I am leaving this review because I am soooo angry and upset at being treated this way, to let others know how brutal and unfair they are...I wonder whether anyone else has been treated like this?

I can't believe you've kept my profile as BLOCKED!

You can clearly see that I wasn't doing anything untoward and that it was a genuine mistake! Its my 1st item to sell for God sake...surely everyone deserve a second chance!

i've bought at least a couple of grands worth of items since i've been on here, i've been a prolific buyer and this is how you treat me!?...I only wanted to clear out my home of tuns of 2nd hand items of clothing etc. I started with the diaries (2 of them) I bought by mistake and thought I'd sell something easy to pack to ease my way in!!!

U've heard of the saying shooting urself in the foot....well i'm that angry that i'm going to b bad mouthing ur site and if ur that inflexible then plenty of people will get bored with such a nightmare site. Now i know why most sellers barely put any info on their item...they're petrify ur goona block their account! If u have super strict rules and u can see clearly someone has made a mistake...surely u give them a chance to do it correctly!

I still amazing would like u to reverse the decision but i'm getting to point of thinking stuff ur stupid site...I shan't b buying from ur site again! But I hope still stupidly hope u reverse ur decision and give me a chance!

False Counterfeit Allegations

False Counterfeit Allegations - Disgraceful!

Permanently banned me because they 'suspected' I uploaded a counterfeit item.

I had sold 20+ items succesfully, all reviews 5* and 0 Complaints. All items I sold I have bought from stores in the UK and had receipts for everything..

Asked Vinted for specific item to provide a receipt. Refused.

Asked Vinted for a 'second chance'. Refused.

Sent them every invoice / receipt for items I had uploaded and asked them to disclose whether they required any more authenticity proof. Refused.

Totally ridiculous and seems they only want a small closed loop of sellers, and every one else gets banned. What is comical, is when I have gone out my way to actually report blatant counterfeits on the site, and the items have actually been left up on site!

Utterly disappointed and cannot believe they treat honest people like this. Stick to Ebay.

Not as described policy is wrong.

If in the unfortunate events the item that you bought is damaged or ‘not as described’ there is absolutely no support whatsoever. You end up having to pay for the postage which in some cases it’s just not worth it.
I understand if you’re changed your mind then yes you should pay, but not if it significantly different to what you thought you bought. This is where eBay are superior to Vinted. You have full support. Recently I waited for customer services to get back to me because I bought a curtain rail that was not the size described , absolutely useless to me. Too short, but then was told the return window was closed , before I could get support. No one contacted me … still. Ridiculous. This is something that reluctantly puts me off buying. This policy of Vinted is bad. You buy a poke that says 1 meter and it’s 50cm , this is significantly not as described. This is needs rethinking by Vinted.

Vinted is a scam. Double charges and fake allure of free shipping which is not free

Vinted is a scam. I am a vinted customer and they double charged me on tons of items. Also, while they advertise free shipping it's merely a ruse to get potential buyers to bite the bate and click buy. I checked my bank records and once my order history and once you receive the item in the mail, and go to the app to accept the item, they automatically deduct shipping charges as well. I saw this happen over and over, and it was on things that were definitely advertised as free shipping. It's so frustrating. They owe me a huge refund in double charges but I can't get ahold of anyone in customer support. I hope vinted gets shut down. They are scamming their customers.

A seller sent the wrong item and I had to send the item back for a full return but the item I received the value was for a lot less than the item I had originally bought! I am worried about not getting my full refund if an issue arises on the sellers side. I’m currently losing trust

VINTED make it IMPOSSIBLE for sellers.

I have been temporarily banned for my advertising pictures. Vinted keeps saying they are stolen photos from the internet that I am not allowed to use.

This is INCORRECT!!!

These are PAID for AI GENERATED photos that were made by ME!!! they don’t exist anywhere else.

Now I have to wait over a week to sell on Vinted, as ALL of my items have been hidden.

I’m being TOTALLY HARASSED BY VINTED.
