Always great low prices

Always great low prices and they helped me get a partial refund (when I didn't pay extra for booking coverage ) when my hotel made a mistake ! Even though they don't have a number you can call they responded to my email in a timely manner.

Don't book with Vio.com

Booked online when arriving at hotel there was no room available. Clerk couldn't understand why they made reservation when there was no rooms available they were sold out. They charged my and told me it would be 60 to 90 days to see if I was available for refund. I was told I was a not show.

I needed to change my 1-night…

I needed to change my 1-night reservation that I made through you to a 2-night stay. You couldn't do it, so I had to make another 1-night reservation and then jump through hoops to find a contact phone number for the hotel so that I could link them and not have to move rooms. Unnecessary pain in the neck.

Once a booking is confirmed, it is immediately transmitted to the hotel, which means changes such as date extensions aren’t always possible to apply directly to the original reservation. That said, in situations like yours, we can step in to coordinate with the hotel and request linking or merging bookings — subject to availability and the property’s confirmation. From what we can see, we did not receive a support request regarding this at the time.
