Don't book with Vio.com
Booked online when arriving at hotel there was no room available. Clerk couldn't understand why they made reservation when there was no rooms available they were sold out. They charged my and told me it would be 60 to 90 days to see if I was available for refund. I was told I was a not show.

I needed to change my 1-night…
I needed to change my 1-night reservation that I made through you to a 2-night stay. You couldn't do it, so I had to make another 1-night reservation and then jump through hoops to find a contact phone number for the hotel so that I could link them and not have to move rooms.
