I’ve used viola a number of times and always been impressed by the quality of the hair. Personally I think for the quality you get and the length of time it lasts, the price is very fair also. Delivery always very fast too.

The hair is so thick root to tip! I and the colour section is on point!

No idea what the hair is like- still not delivered by DPD!! First delivery attempt and the driver said I wasn’t here? I was waiting! I uploaded photos of my location, directions etc and actually waited on the road for him to deliver and then my phone updated that I was unavailable again!! I definitely puts me off ordering hair from Viola as I have had to let my client down again and rearrange the appointment twice- fingers crossed for a delivery tomorrow 🙄🙄

I wanted to get human hair extensions to get my hair done with and heard good things about viola hair BUT did not look at the bad reviews. I had them in for 5 minutes and they knotted so easily, fast forward a week and they’re terrible. I think maybe they get them from a different place because the reviews use to be different. I went on a walk outside and when I came in I could smell wig hair, synthetic wig hair like €3 ones from the shop. That’s never happened with other extensions in the past, they mix their hair with synthetic and claim to be all human hair. They have held up terribly and I was hoping to keep these good for the next year getting them put back in. NOPE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Really easy process purchasing tape in an extensions. Lovely quality, always feel like viola hair with proper care lasts. Courier services was great to, regularly update and arrived in no time

I have now stopped buying from Viola the blonde hair matts after one wash, as this has damaged my own hair. Before this happened, the previous batch would break when brushed, and sections would mat. hundreds of pounds wasted

I’m shocked at all the negative comments! Iv had viola hair for over 2 years and never had a problem it always last me upto a year with many lifts from it.

The hair is absolutely shocking! I went through a hairdresser so currently waiting to see what she can do! It’s all matted discoloured and looks like horse hair!! 1.5 weeks in!!

Terrible quality hair that matted in under 2 weeks. I bought 2 weaves and had them taken out 3/4 weeks later they were so bad. Happy to provide proof

My extensions have lasted well over a year, keeping their length too. I use argan oil and sulphate free shampoos and conditioner and heat protection spray to look after them. Never had nano extensions that have lasted this long in such good condition. Would definitely recommend and buy from here again.

I have viola hair extensions (2 packs of genius tiny weft) and I love them. I was apprehensive to order viola hair extensions due to reading all the bad reviews and the fact I needed blonde hair. However, I followed my stylists advice and I couldn’t be happier. They are really good quality (had them in about 6 months now), they are soft and I don’t have any issues with tangling or matting etc. I followed the after care recommended by my stylist and although I don’t use the viola products as they don’t suit my natural hair, I do use products specifically made for hair extensions (sway) and ensure I oil the hair daily and use heat protection. I will definitely get viola hair extensions again but won’t need to order new ones anytime soon as my current extensions are still in perfect condition.

I’ve been wearing extensions for over 20 years, and honestly thought Rapture were the “best in the market.” How wrong was I! After switching to Viola Hair secret tapes in Chocolate Brown, I’ll never look back. The quality is beyond exceptional – one full set lasts me over 18 months, whereas with Rapture I’d have gone through at least two sets in that time.

The difference is incredible: Viola hair never dries out, never slips, and I get nothing but compliments on how natural and glossy my hair looks. People genuinely can’t believe they’re extensions. The tapes are so discreet, they feel like my own hair, and they’ve completely raised the standard of what I expect from extensions.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews I’ve seen – perhaps it comes down to how the hair is looked after. With the right care, Viola stays flawless, and I say that as someone with two decades of extension experience. For me, nothing comes close to this brand.
