Absolutely awful quality when I opened them
But because I've opened them they won't let me return even though I haven't worn them
How are you meant to see what they are like without opening them
Scam of a company so don't bother if you want to waste your money
Customer service is also terrible.. just been told that they will be no longer replying to my emails
So instead of resolving the situation like any business would they are ignoring me

Don't waste your money! I've been using Viola for years, their customer service has always been awful but now the hair is just as bad! its ratty, knotted and doesn't last 5 minutes! I highly suspect they are mixing with synthetic hair. The colours are also off! They will never refund and will blame you for not using their bog standard white label products.

I’ve unfortunately had the same negative experience as others have mentioned. I had previously used Viola and was always very happy, to the point that I recommended them to friends and even my hairdresser, who opened a trade account based on my recommendation.

This time I spent over £600 on nano hair extensions and was really disappointed with the quality. The hair quickly became matted and tangled, and I couldn’t style it. My routine hadn’t changed from previous sets (which usually lasted me well over a year), but this batch had to be removed in under 8 weeks.

I returned the hair for testing, but was told the issue was simply that it needed a trim. Unfortunately, this left me covering the cost of professional removal and postage myself. After going back and forth, they tried to send the hair back to me, but I eventually had to raise a chargeback with my bank to get a refund.

It’s such a shame, as I was once a loyal customer and really believed in the brand. Based on this most recent experience with both the product quality and customer service, I wouldn’t use Viola again. I hope they review their supplier and processes, as improvements here could make a big difference.

For context, my order was for brown nano extensions.

Shocking hair and shocking company ! lasted 4 days can any 1 who has been scammed by viola hair please add a page on fb scammed by viola hair extensions. post and comment your problems with the hair you have received and comment whether you have managed or lost out on your money.and how long the hair lasted you . I have reported them trading standards and I need as much evidence to then processed and take them to watch dog . What they are doing is a scam! Thousands of women are getting conned by them!

I had my extensions installed on July. After one week all of the weave was breaking and shedding. I used 5* aftercare products, bonnets, hair oil, special brushes etc and it is now so thin I’ve had to have it taken out after 5 weeks. Appalling hair - count give 0*. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They won’t replace the hair.

I would give Viola a zero if I could.

Absolutely dreadful hair extensions which discoloured not once but twice when purchased. I asked for a refund and was told absolutely not as the hair was as it should be and I must have done something to it. Will never use this company again.

I understand several people are taking them to court....

Unless you want to waste your money, don't bother. Instead, go to a reputable company who will sell you a decent product, not an inferior one.

I’ve used extensions all my life I only went to viola with recommendations from my hairdresser as I wanted to change the method to nanos
Worst quality I’ve ever used and went orange in the sun even with UV protectors and mineral sun cream the worst I’ve ever used

Have to leave 1 star as cannot leave none. This hair is TERRIBLE had in for 1 week 150g it constantly knots even when brushing with a hair exstensions brush. Extremely dry even after oil.. will not refund. This hair will not last you 6 months let alone the amount of days they say

I would give this company zero stars if it would let me!
Delivery you don’t ever get in time I’ve recieved mine a week late multiple times and their answer is to place a new order and hope that arrives in time (which u can’t as the colours are by then out of stock anyway!)
But they won’t refund the order that you’ve already paid for
Every single time that is their answer!
Rather than using a reliable delivery company
The hair has gone down hill massively
The tapes don’t last more than a month they break at the part they are all attached
This has happened to all if my clients over the last year
The tapes used to be good but they aren’t anymore
Nanos they shed like you wouldn’t believe
And the weave also sheds terrible
So I now have no decent options to offer my clients anymore with them
Customer service is awful
No help whatsoever they won’t accept any responsibility for the awful quality of hair they are now sending out over the last year
They used to be so good I don’t know what has happened
Euphoria One hair I now find much better than Viola
And I never used to like them but it’s better than viola
I’m now trialling beauty works and Remi cachet
I’ve fitted a few but won’t know until they come back for their refits
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON VIOLA HAIR

ABSOLUTELY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
If I could have left zero stars I would! I have used this company for years! Spent thousands upon thousands with them, not only using their hair for clients, but for myself and used their student training kits for my students when teaching. I have had nothing but bad batch after bad batch these past few months, sent the hair back for “testing” to be told there’s no issue. I have been a hair extensionist for over 17years, I am also and educator, I know how to look after hair extensions and this company will absolutely not take any accountability or responsibility for selling cheap synthetic hair at premium cost! They have changed supplier 100%. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from them as a business who’s I’ve invested in for years. Customer service is non existing. No one answers the phone and they take weeks to reply to each email with minimal response. I will be taking my Complaints further via claims court and my business banking. Viola you should be ashamed of yourself and you will be held accountable! Thief’s robbing people blind and they know it!

I have used this brand for years and after reading the reviews I thought I would give them another chance! However I’ve had exactly the same experience as the reviewers below.. the after care kit that they offer as warranty is an extra 60 pound! When you are already spending over 700 pound that extra on top is a stretch to be told no doubt it’s your poor aftercare anyway! I’ve had experience of the metal coming out of the top… and I only plait and brush my hair I don’t use heat at all! I brush from the bottom and with the proper brush… I’ve bought viola hair care products in the past and they are awful! Make the extensions worse I use proper extensions shampoo sulfate and sodium free which cost a lot! I use sway hair masks ect and I have also noticed that the hair matts a lot! Like a plastic synthetic matting where you have hard matting lumps which have to be teased apart and it’s never ending the hair quality is so poor. When the batches of hair got delivered some of the strands were so thin!! Even my extensionist said so! They were so thin and wispy! The moult bad too! Although they say they have not changed supplier clearly the supplier has changed the hair quality this batch is the worst ive ever had! The blonde wasn’t white as described on the photos they were yellow I’ll be going to remi catchet in the future as there customer service is amazing! And hair is unreal a lot cheaper too.

Have been ordering viola hair for years, always been super pleased with it . Not this time!!!!!def completely different hair quality , colour shade not the same as on swatch. Only been in 3 weeks but having it removed and replaced with euphoria hair . Customer service is awful too. , won’t accept there is a problem with the hair quality. Don’t waste your money !!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is my first time ordering extensions from viola and I can safely say I will not be ordering from here again. I spent over £500 on the extensions and the products for after care. When opening the extensions on the day of fitting, they were a completely different shade to the swatch. We ordered shade 60V which was a perfect match to my hair but the hair that arrived had a pink tone. The root of the hair was shade 60V but it looks as though a product has been applied, and applied unevenly before dispatch and has turned the hair an awful colour. Not only has this caused me to now be £500 down with no extensions, I have also tried to contact viola and had absolutely no response. Shocking customer service. My hairdresser has also tried to contact the brand and had no joy. I will be taking this further but would tell anyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM HERE! I have had extensions for over 5 years. For the last 2 years it has been viola hair and previously never had a problem. I wanted to change tone of blond so drive to the Romsey shop to choose my hair. My hairdresser then ordered it in. When it arrived we could both tell it was a different tone to what we were expecting, but as it was my birthday I had it fitted. I then drove back to Romsey to compare the swatch. The two girls at the counter were super rude. It was clear the hair I had WAS different to the swatch instore on the wall. They told me the swatches had been up for years and had "probably faded" and that "as they were near a window they have probably had the sun on them too". They were so disinterested! I asked to speak to a manager and they told me they lived in Spain! The hair has been in just over a month; it is truly awful. Its shedding, gets knotty really easily and looks like it has been in for months. I also use all their products on it which is not helping at all. They have clearly changed their hair supplier. I will be going back and nor will anyone I know who has extensions. Truly awful hair and even worse customer service. PLEASE do not buy from here.. save your money and go elsewhere.

I have used Viola hair on myself and clients for over 5 years with incredible success. I was able to get around a year or more out of each set, which absolutely justified the price point.

I ordered a new set in late December and by the middle of January I am completely gob-smacked at the appalling quality.

Firstly, I’ve been using the same colours for years but this set turned up BRIGHT PINK. They were supposed to be angel blonde. I was able to blend them with the other colour and hoped the tone would wash out.

The real issue is the shedding. Never have I experienced such a vast loss of hair in such a short amount of time (nano rings). Every time the hair is brushed huge chunks are coming out of each bond, and after less than a month old, they are looking extremely thin.

I spent over £500 on this hair as I have never had any issues with Viola and in fact recommend them to my followers/friends but can only assume they have changed supplier as the change in quality is astounding.

I am completely devastated and will be taking this further. £500 down with no hair extensions for my upcoming wedding.

Absolutely awful quality! Like others I have had many previous orders but this latest batch have just shredded and haven’t lasted even 4 weeks! They have clearly changed supplier and the quality is awful. Cost over £300 and all they say with less than & weeks since purchase is you didn’t use our shampoo which is disgraceful conditional selling! I will not be using again!

Stay clear from this company!! Absolutely terrible hair and quality. So so fine and not anywhere close to the grams as advertised. Full top of the weave shedding and broken hair - customer services states it's the 'finishing process'.
Absolutely disgusting, would have been better binning the £300+.
Tried to email to resolve the issue and give them the benefit of the doubt and faulty batches/mistakes happen but didn't want to hear, instead confirmed this is the poor standard they provide.

I have been using Viola tape extensions for a couple of years now and the hair had always been lovely. My previous set i had lasted 14 months and was still in beautiful condition. I only bought new hair as I wanted more length. The last packs of extensions I bought are awful! They are dry and tangly, and no amount of conditioner makes them feel nice. I have had them fitted for 4 weeks and they look terrible. I emailed Viola's customer service and was told that as I didn't buy their shampoo and conditioner the fault is with me and they will not consider a refund. This makes absolutely no sense, as I never used Viola shampoo and conditioner on my previous Viola extensions and they are in really good condition. Viola claim that they haven't changed suppliers, if this is the case, they are now getting lower quality hair from them. Dont waste your money on these extensions.

Used for a while and did get about 9 months out of my tape extensions. They have clearly changed supplier as quality now is terrible, hair constantly falling out and lucky to get a month out of them. Customer Service don’t want to know, avoid at all costs

Customer service is shocking, rude staff and don’t help at all. The hair quality has changed and used to last a while now only lasts one fitting before the ends go thin and brittle. Never have any stock. I used to always use viola and now won’t be returning as I know many others won’t. I have lost out on money with clients due to the clients being unhappy with the hair.
