I totally agree - this is company is an absolute SCAM !!! I really advise no one to buy any of their products which are so poor in quality. This company cannot be trusted and you will not be able to return the poorly made products to get a refund.
The quality of the sandal was beyond poor. The promised leather sandal was plastic and had poor stitching, prominent velcro and poor structure and fit. No reply from supplier re request for return and refund. Avoid at all costs
Absolute scam! Do NOT buy from this company! I bought a pair of 'orthopaedic' sandals. They took 3 weeks to arrive. They are not fit for purpose. Extremely flimsy, stitching coming undone, no support, need I go on? I reported the issues but their response was to offer 25% refund as it was £25 to £30 to return internationally. I questioned this immediately as I was given to understand they were UK based. Unfortunately, I lost my husband a few days ago. I have written to them twice now. They haven't even had the common courtesy to respond. They really don't want you to know where they are shipping from. Clearly couldn't care less about their customers. Don't ever get sucked into this company and their lies.
Do not buy from this company. The product took three weeks to arrive and it was not as described and the "support@" does not exist. A real scam.
Someone please shut this company down. Feel such a fool for falling for this scam. Product is not what was advertised in any way.
