The Shirt I ordered was a medium and very tight.
I requested by email to exchange it for a (Large) size.

Representative Josh, responded that there is a no return policy. Which I was unaware of and did not see that policy when I ordered the shirt?

Suit was a little small

Suit was a little small. Return process is not the best.

Update: I still haven’t receive a refund although a email was sent stating a refund was processed. The amount of the refund shown was $1.01 which isn’t the full amount expected.

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but once the package is with the courier and tracking confirms delivery, any issue locating the package must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

The suit very very nice and it fits me…

The suit is very very nice and it fits me perfectly spontaneous, however am not happy about the delivery description because I got charged 65 USD for delivery which was going to make sense only if I was notified during the time I checked out my product, anyways I am very very happy to recommend more Gentlemen who would want to buy a suit that costs as much as it’s worth.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. WHO CHARGE 20% RETURNS FEE FROM A $400 SUITS, PLUS SHIPPING. THE SIZE ARE NOT US STANDARD SIZE SUITS, IF YOU ARE 42 YOU NEED TO ORDER 48 MAYBE IT MIGHT WORK.

Unexpected surprise

I received a suit that was mislabeled in size which happened to be a final sale. Final sales are that, final. No return or exchange. After talking with Josh and explaining the situation, he and his team corrected the error, exchange the suit and gifted me a dress shirt to compensate for the error. I was pleasantly surprised. I remain a happy and faithful client.

- We explained that the suit you requested (US 36) would have come with W30 pants, which would not have worked with your required W38 size.

The best place for suits.

To be honest, I was unsure how my experience would go with Viossi. But, seeing that they had some of nicest tuxedo's available for purchase I decided to give them a go. After buying the tuxedo of my choice, I waited about a week or so before it arrived. Upon trying it once it arrived, I jumped for joy! This suit fit perfectly! The sizing is spot on and the details in the online pictures match what arrived. They also gave me a Bowtie and a garment bag, which I was not expecting but appreciate a lot. I will be buying all of my suits from Viossi going forward.

Very fast and responsive! Suit was as pictured and they had someone to double check measurements (which I had wrong) and still got it here fast with alterations. 2nd time using them and hasn't failed yet!

I ordered a suit that was on sale

I ordered a suit that was on sale, and Viossi shipped it fast in 8 days the suit was delivered I tried but the jacket was kind of small so I contacted them for an exchange, and the return policy is kind of crazy the suit in promo does not have return or exchange unless you paid $100 return fee it's kind of annoying but it is what it is. The nightmare started after paying the $100 they sent me an email with a bunch of useless instructions to return the suit and I had to pay the return shipping. Then they disappeared for a week and after many many emails, they responded I thought I was going to lose my money finally after 15 days of annoying them, they shipped the exchanged suit which again the jacket runs a little bit small
The logistics in this company are ridiculously inefficient and expensive, the customer service is really bad, and hard to contact them seems like they just work from Tuesday to Friday
For the price, The suits are very good, and they are made in Turkey not in Italy like they posted in the Facebook ads

Poor communication

Poor communication, package didn’t arrive within their shipping policy timeline, had to buy a suit locally in time for my event, now they want to charge a $60 return fee.

They sold me modern fit suit and on the site was slim fit, when I tried to return it they say no, because it was on sale. That's false advertising and my lawyer take care of that.
