Wonderful property in a super location in Levanto.

Perfect base to explore Cinque Terre.

5-10 min walk from railway station and a supermarket 2 mins away. The main hub of Levanto is less than 5 mins walk with the beach around 7 mins.

The ground floor apartment is perfectly decorated with local touches blended with mod cons, with the induction hob, 65 inch TV, microwave and oven. There is a dishwasher as well as washing machine.

Two beautifully decorated bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with a twin as well as bunk bed. Perfect for our family of 5.

Would highly recommend VIP-BOOKING.IT for anyone that is staying in Levanto. Communication with Mauro was first class, as well as the warm greeting when we arrived.

Beautiful, well equipped and comfortable apartment in the heart of Levanto. Ideally situated on a walking street just a few minutes from the ocean. Shoppes and restaurants everywhere. Nice balcony to enjoy it all. I would definitely stay here when we come back to Levanto.

Mauro was an excellent host, he provided clear and detailed instructions and we especially appreciated the restaurant recommendations he gave. The apartment is as pictured, was clean and was very conveniently located for both train access and beach access.

This property was very comfortable clean and in a fantastic location. The view was fantastic and it was close to many restaurants and the port. The beach right below the property was excellent for swimming. Daniella who greeted us was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location will make you feel like a local - it is remote and relaxing!
The location is in a very remote, small town outside of Levanto. This is a hillside town with an extremely local feel.
Mauro was very welcoming! He met us at the bottom of the hill and showed us where to go. He even helped me with my suitcase!
He was very helpful, accommodating upon arrival and then during the stay he left us to ourselves but was communicative, if needed, via text.
His orange cat Orazio was our little friend during our stay - so friendly and cute!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Levanto. We highly recommend this apartment. It is fully furnished with everything you need for your stay from cooking, cleaning, to laundry. Check-in and out was quick and simple. It truly feels like a home here.

Communications with the agency was 5-star. All our questions and concerns were answered quickly. No issues encountered at all with the booking. Not to mention this rental place is beautiful. Grazie mille for our wonderful stay in Levanto!

Spent wonderful week in Levanto. Liked very much the service - helpful assistance, support and recommendations. During the stay I got problem with my car, even in this case Mauro helped us with a recommendation of trusted mechanic and I managed to fix the problem very quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay in Mauro's appartment. Levanto is a beautiful and pitoresque town and the location of the appartment is perfect: in the middle of the historic town, and also near to the railway station, beach, restaurants and bars. Levanto is also the perfect location to explore the towns of Cinque Terre. The appartment itself was perfect: perfect bed, kitchen, bathroom and airconditioning. Mauro is a great host as well: he is friendly, responds fast and gave us some good tips for restaurants. If we return to this region, we would certainly chose Mauro's appartment again.

VIP booking and Paola was great host at our stay in Imperia. The apartment is in a quiet area just outside Imperias most busy streets. The apartment is equipped with everything you need including good air conditioning. Huge supermarked is very close by and you can enjoy really nice pizza just up the street at Da Bully’s.

Everything went well. We got all help we needed. They always answered so fast. The owner was so helpful.

VIP-Booking did a great job from start to finish, providing all necessary information without being asked, which included very thorough details, including videos. Our apartment in Levanto was secure, clean, well-furnished and well-stocked and our hosts were kind enough to check in with a reminder when it came time to leave. We had a wonderful stay and give them our highest recommendation.

Levanto was so much more than we could have ever anticipated. Booking with VIP- Booking is worry free.
