I didnt even want to give one star !! Ive been waiting since August for two bird baths. One was for a friends birthday, the other for myself. I was told they were delivered but then it seems to the wrong address. For the last two months they havent even answered me and Ive been asking for a full refund. Where do I go from here ????

My partner ordered a product with still hasn't arrived. Shy has sent numerous emails with only a response of be patient. Only problem was my boys birthday has been and gone ages ago. We have asked for a refund and surprisingly no response. Not even worth a 1 star. Do not use this company if it is one

This place is a scam and now have fraudulent charges on various credit cards trust pilot should take care of this immediately

I made the mistake to place an order through this company back in August 2025... Not only did I not receive anything, but they have been charging my credit card $AU 50.00/month since then... I just tried to unsubscribe via their website and receive no email confirmation that my membership was cancelled. So far, that's $AU 150.00 and still no merchandise.
Do NOT make the same mistake I did !!!

I wish They would actually send the order and be honest to the customers not be shady

Only gave one star as no option for none. Ordered a laptop at an apparently good price. Double the advertised price was deducted from my card. No receipt or oder confirmation received. A month later a further and unauthorised transaction appeared on my card. Still no receipt, order confirmation or goods received. Have suspended the card, disputed the payments and reported them as scammers.

They are advertising a welder that will cut through steel and weld steel it is nothing more than a soldering iron told them I want my money back i have told them to tell me where to send this rubbish back to i have been trying for months to get my money back so please take heed if you are going to order from these scammers beware beware beware

This is a scam. The company have used a copy of a well known brands website (exact copy which must be illegal). They then have a tracking app which is fake. Nothing gets delivered! Here's the thing, even if it was delivered would you ingest a product you already know to be fake?

I'd wish I read reviews before ordering...

I was at home when the tracking notification changed to "Delivered", but no packet was delivered. Have written multiple times to the email confirming my order but no reply. Complete scam and no possibility to get my money back as this was paid in advanced.

No response to emails. The tracking info says it has been passed to local area, 2 days ago. Courier company also seems unable to find my parcel, if it even exists!

This is a complete joke of a company! Took forever to get what I ordered and to top it off it’s garbage cheapest shit ever ! Don’t waste your money here!

What went wrong now ? Waiting for a delivery for 2 months now . But nothing coming up

I wish they would let you write a review and not put in a star cause this company deserves no stars at all!! I ordered two pair of shoes (OnCloud Sneakers) to be exact and almost 3 weeks later I wrote an email to inquire and they told me that the shoes had been delivered!! Not to me they weren’t I was told they were signed for I asked for a copy of the signature of course they don’t have one!! Their advise is to go ask around my neighborhood and see if they were delivered to someone else!! I looked through my security video and nothing was ever delivered or sent gender for! No I have to call the credit card company so that the charges can be reversed!! If it’s too good to be true it probably is CRAP !! Don’t waste your time effort or money!!

Took £8.56 from my account - yet to receive goods . Then low and behold a few days later a payment of £40.85 was taken when this wasn’t something I had agreed too- this is a major scam so be mindful - I reported this to my bank so the payment has been reversed . The company had refused to do this - unethical organisation avoid at all cost

Ordered ear pods for £25 or 30. Liked just like Apple ones. Thought they were from Apple. Fooled. Charged me twice. Once £15. Two days later £58. Plus I had to
Pay import tax!! Arrived today. Probably won’t even work. I’ll report back!

What went right nothing just wish I'd done a Google search before I got ripped off so don't do it seriously these guys are scammers.

No Buy No Buy I would give a zero but cant. I bought a jersey it was not what I ordered. They told me to send pictures of it , I did weeks later still no response. Im trying to get them blocked from using internet advertising for fraudulent service. I see about 95 Percent of customers have same concerns

Do not buy from this company. I purchaawd ahoea from this company in June and 2 months later I still have not received them. I have contacted them numerous times and they refuse to refund me my money!!
