Fast answers and everything went very well

This is my last review about Viperatech and I only post this because I saw that somebody from their side posted a response to my previous review.
For the sake of truth, the statement:
"You were repeatedly warned that the AMD BC-160 was a discontinued product and implored you to select an equivalent alternative" is completely false and I will explain why.
I was informed 30 days later after my payment for a product that supposed to be "on stock" that the product is no longer available and I was asking for a refund but was firmly refused. Instead of refund I got a proposal for receiving lower grade units overpriced which I have declined. Finally I got the BC-160 but these are heavily used. Also I have asked for the warranty terms and still got no answer on that.
Please consider these aspects on your next Viperatech purchase.

I have had horrible experiences with miner purchases. I was referred to Viperatech. I couldn't be happier. Delivery was a little late but they always remain in contact and kept me informed. Extremely helpful.

Purchased several Nvidia CMP-170HX cards. One was operating at low efficiency . Spoke to rep on chat and they are RMAing the card now. Fast and courteous support.

I did order purchase about 3 weeks ago up to date still waiting for the invoice to complete the order!

My purchasing experience has been blissful. Very easy to make a purchase with Viperatech. The company is based in Quebec so for me living in the G.T.A it was a no brainer for me, the ease of purchasing every in Canadian currency really appeals to me.

The purchasing process was smooth, the delivery process fast, and the support I received when setting up my ASICs was great!

With so many scammers in the crypto space, we were reluctant, but they've come through each time. I'm not a bot review, I'm a real customer and you can trust these guys.

I highly recommend them. We purchased high numbers of graphic card. Everything was ok including time of delivery.
Proper communication is just a plus. 5 stars well deserved.

I got this invoice number, SI-917 I can´t pay by paypal, I send a message to asking for your BTC wallet and nobody anwser from 26/05, today I will sent a messageagain and nobody anwser again.

Great customer service. Fast shipping. Product delivered on time and as described. Always seem to have competitive pricing.

My order hasn't arrived!
When I visited their website and saw that the wanted from me Antminer was in stock, I asked some questions and I was answered very politely. We exchanged 3-4 more mails and I was convinced in their legitimacy.
Placed my order for 1 of these miners and paid with crypto, there was a sale which was awesome because I saved some money and this was more than tempting, because they had high taxes..
It has been over three weeks and there is no sign of delivery of my miner...

I want to inform the next buyer that this website is fraudulent.
It takes money from the people and does not send the product which they have bought.

I have ordered and paid for a crypto miner whcih was ''in stock'' over a month ago. To this day the product has not been delivered or refunded in any way. When I contected the website, the support was responsive and I received answers to my questions pretty fast. This thing changed soon after the purchase. The support got slow in the responding and soon all I can heard were only excuses for another delay or another ETA of delivery, in which I don't believe.
I believed to the positive reviews about them here and I found out the hard way that they were lies.

Don't make my mistake!

I had decided to buy a few miners in order to start mining Bitcoins and make some money on the side. I saw their shop and I saw that they offer good deals. At first they said that the shipping would take up to 10 days and as nothing was delivered within two weeks, I decided to check what is going on. I asked them what was happening with the miners, however the only answer I received was that the shipping of the order was delayed within a few days. After another week had passed, it became clear that the people behind this website never had any intentions to send me my ''order'', if it even exists at all..

Scam website!!
Do not order from it!!
I never received the order!!!
This website will not deliver me what I paid for nor will give me some sort of a refund!!
I cannot initiate a refund on my own as the payment was conducted over the Bitcoin network.
I hope this review will help somebody who is wondering from where to order... You should be prepared for disappointment if you do it from viperatech

Great service, products arrived on time.

I bought two ASIC miners from this website and I haven't received them. The payment was made with BTC and the only thing I received is an email, nothing else, no delivery, no miners, no compensation!
They mean to ''sell'' profitable goods, to take your money and to leave you with nothing.
I can't charged my money back, they refuse to refund me and I'm starting to think that the website is a tool for stealing and information collecting, as they have my personal details now.
Very soon I will be forced to inform the authorities here and in Canada.

I'm still waiting for delivery...

After I paid them, they just kept saying that the shipping is delayed because of something.

They never told me what the reason for the delay was and just kept extending it.

And I don't have any choice, but to wait more and hope that I will receive something in the end, but my hope starts to die!
