Fair shipping times, good support.

Great service, received my ASIC in perfect condition and was able to pay by CC...good pricing on many items!

Prices good. Shipped to canada. Wanted a D7, didn't get for 2 months, ended up with a bitcoin miner.

Edit: The delay was at their partner's side. Vipera was very quick in taking care of the delayed order and giving updates daily. They apologized as i know it was an accidental delay from their partner's end. I am very happy with their service now.

Bought $5k worth of mining rigs on their website at lower value than anywhere else. Got it expedited. got my order no problem. their responsive on their chat too.

Great pre sales customer service. Quick to reply to emails and instant messages. Provided good advice on which product to buy. Only downside, and Ive done 3 orders with them now in spite of it, is no email after purchase to confirm the order, and no correspondence at all for a couple weeks after the order until I get an email from the shipping company saying it’s going to arrive soon. Every other company sends an email with details on the order and another email when it ships. Wish Vipera did too.

Highly recommend. Great price, great service, products delivered as advertised.

Ordered GPUs from this company for a critical business need. Specifically ordered Gigabyte RTX 3090 blower style GPUs as we needed that form factor to fit in our chassis. These are not typically available in the USA, and Vipera was the only place I could find them, so we placed an order.

10/27/2022 - Order placed
11/8/2022 - Email sent to check on the shipment tracking - No Response
11/11/2022 - 2nd email sent to check on the shipment tracking - No response
11/17/2022 - 3rd email sent to check on the shipment tracking
11/17/2022 - Finally responded, order is with freight forwarder, no tracking available. But they will reach out to shipping company to get tracking info by tomorrow.
11/18/2022 - It's "tomorrow" still no tracking info, Vipera never followed up.
11/21/2022 - 4th email sent to check on shipment tracking
11/22/2022 - Response with vague shipment information originating in Taiwan. No tracking available.

49 Days Later

1/10/2023 - Package finally arrives, open it to find out that they shipped the incorrect items. Instead of the NEW blower style RTX 3090s that we ordered, we received REFURBISHED triple fan RTX 3090s. Again, we needed a specific form factor for our project, so these were useless to us. The weird thing was our order was placed for Gigabyte GPUs and our shipment came directly from MSI.
1/11/2023 - Email informing Vipera of their mistake. Website shows they still have 7 units in stock of the GPU that we ordered. We asked them to ship out the correct GPUs and send a return label for the GPUs we received. - No response
1/26/2023 - 2nd email informing them of the mistake and trying to rectify
1/31/2023 - Finally get a response, they are now out of stock of the GPU that we originally ordered and it is discontinued. They "recommended" that we "upgrade" to a to a Quadro RTX A5000 and they would only charge us the difference in cost, and additional ~$2000. How generous.

No way I would offer this company any more business. Now the real question is: how long will it take to get a return label and actually get a refund?

This place is a joke. They are error prone and unresponsive. Shipping takes forever. I made the mistake of selecting this as a vendor for some critical parts of an engineering project. If you are a business or large corporation looking to source hardware, stay far away from this company.

If you're okay waiting 76 days for delivery, with no tracking information, and needing to email them 3-4 times before you get an unhelpful response, then go ahead and order from them.

The very professional and prompt responses. Everything is also very informative and i have just to make sure tested them on the products and they blew me out of the park not that I didn't trust them but just to see what type of company it really is and well I WILL be buying from this company aging and again. Keep up the good work with all you do and i will be that good customer to you! Thanks again for all you have done!

shop have stores on amazon, newegg and bestbuy, but prices is to high, i think is only is for people think "oh, its trusted store" and send money, but realy this no have ansver to order...

Easy experience. No additional custom duties for USA orders. Will do business again.

At first I was nervous due to the negative reviews left for them, but i decided to buy through them anyways as they were located in Canada and also I had the option to pay with credit card which provided buyer protection if anything were to go wrong.

So In my experience, i bought an L7 Antminer from them, i paid with credit card on 10.29.2022, expecting it would ship in a few days, when it didn't i got worried, I messaged their customer support on 11.10.2022 who replied really quickly and said there would be a delay because they sold out the day i placed the order due to a recent Doge/LTC rally, which was odd to me because there was no mention of that when i placed my order, but they did give me an option to cancel my order and get a refund but i decided to stick with it so I waited.

(I did feel like they should have messaged their customers directly to let them know of any delays for high value items, i had to message them to find out about the delay after 10 days of already making the purchase, but that is just my opinion)

Then on 11.19.2022 i recieved my tracking number and the package was delivered safely on 12.01.2022
in secure packaging and in brand new condition.

Their customer service was a little strange but helpful. Overall i had a positive experience with them and will be coming back.

On 10/19/2022 I ordered a Gigabyte RTX 4090 gpu from this company as it was the only retailer that allowed me to order at a decent price. I was worried about this website at first because I’d never heard of it before and I saw 1 or 2 negative reviews online. So I was wondering when I would get my $2000 GPU after a week of not receiving it. After some back and forth with customer service. I was told it would be shipped a week later as their supply was less than they anticipated. Again after another week I still hadn’t received any shipping info for my product. After a final call they told me they still hadn’t received enough Gigabyte GPUs so they offered to send me a Zotac AMP Extreme Airo GPU for the same price which is a slight upgrade. Sure enough 5 days later I got my GPU on 11/14/2022. Everything seems to be running great and I’m super relieved and happy! This website is definitely legit, just keep in mind it’s probably a smaller tech company and you may need to use their customer service and be patient.

I found Vipera when I was looking for a 4090 graphics card and none were available anywhere besides ebay at huge markups. I was a little hesitant to order as they suspiciously showed cards in stock at high quantities. After placing my order, the company was very responsive to my emails and calls about when my order would ship etc. Thanks to Vipera I managed to get a good deal on a 4090 much better than Ebay scalpers. My one grievance is that the quantities they show in stock don't seem to be accurate. They showed in stock on 10/18 but didn't actually end up getting stock for my order until 11/1. Overall, solid purchase experience. There isn't a lot of 3rd party info online about this company, but I hope this review helps convince people they are legit.
