VIP Fan Auctions Reviews

we have been using VIP since 2018. Always professional and prompt with delivery. Top notch all the way.

The only complaint I have is the limited amount of actual prop items that have been available for sale recently. Seems clothing items are the main focus or maybe these items are the easiest to sell or made available by the movie companies.

I have participated in bidding on VIP Fan Auctions for roughly 10 years now (that includes their eBay days) and always enjoy viewing the film props on their webpage. Their presentation of items is always informative. Their blogs on featured items are fun to read when available.

I'm always surprised how fast, from film and tv props, they have ready for auction from latest productions. On items I have been successful in, payments, fees, and shipping costs are clear. This is important especially on high bid items and larger items to make informed bids.

Communication with the their team is prompt and professional. I reached out to them once to correct my payment; and they reached out to me once when the original winning bid did not fulfill their end and I was given an opportunity at my bid.

An overall enjoyable experience in film prop collecting.

Easy to use platform once registered to bid. Surprisingly fast turnaround time after the auction to receive my items. Everything was packaged with care, double boxed with lots of packing material, and all documentation was included in separate cardboard mailers inside the box as well. Been buying from VIP for over 10 years, and in my opinion they are one of the best auction houses for buying original props and costumes.

despite the somewhat strange bidding styling the overall ease of payment and quality in shipping is completely superb! As someone whose worked with propstore and other various prop specific businesses to have my item arrive in one piece is absolutely paramount, and fan auctions definitely delivered. 10/10

I felt very well cared for! Bidding and paying was easy. My item was shipped super quickly and arrived within less a week with me in Germany. Got regular updates on my shipment all the way. Great experience, would definitely order again with them. :-)

Always friendly communication, fast shipping and props safely and securely packed.

Got a birthday gift for my grandson can’t wait until June!!! He’s going to freak out!!!! Thanks again!!!!

One of the most trusted prop website around.
Support is always top and immediate!

Won some lots from one of my favorite shows! Got a great deal....never mind the fact that they were featured in a show...I couldn't have bought these clothes at the store for several times what I paid for them here!! Shipping was excellent and fast.

Top notch company....and a blast to bid on things you can see on t.v.!!!

Thanks VIP!

My favorite company from prop. I’ve been getting a lot from them. Specially in my last order. And David was helping me a lot with shipping, question, and combining orders, etc. thank you so much and this company it’s the best

Wonderful experience to take part in Fargo 5th season auction. Support Agent gave me a friendly deal making so easy to bid. Shipment and delivery super fast!! I am very happy to be a member of the community

This company is the top tier place to get amazing screen worn and used items. You not only get amazing items but you get customer service that is 5 star. This company has respect for the collection market. They show that in the care and attention to detail that they provide. Even in the videos showing auction items you see staff wearing gloves and showing the careful concern of the garment or prop. You won't find a better company in the field.

I only discovered VIP a couple of years ago but now I’m a regular buyer. Excellent service all round, from reliable item descriptions (screen used vs production used), great photos or each item, to nicely competitive shipping prices.

Great on all levels.

Thanks,

Glen
