Sellers are rip off artists. I was sold a fake brand that didn't work. What a waste of money.

Ordered 3 computers. Received 1. Others never shipped. Still waiting for refund. Horrible experience so far. Chat was less than helpful and offered nothing.

Like so many others: bait and switch. Order the newer expensive version of an item and they send the cheaper older version of the item. Is it by accident or they are hoping you don't notice? It seems way too common of a theme to think it happens by accident as often as their reviews say.

CS was polite but unhelpful in doing anything other than: 'Please return the item back first so our facility can look for the correct item and ship it back if available." I don't want to be in limbo for weeks.

I don't plan to ever order from this company again.

VIP outlet send used phones! Never buy from them
Nightmare experience

First they send a used off brand phone
( they made me send pictures and a video), I have to print a label and drop it off,then they take forever and tell me the item was not returned after 3 weeks. I had to get a tracking number to prove I sent back the used piece of trash they mailed my son. They have only inconvenienced me with terrible return policy and just terrible business practices. Why would you not check a phone before you mailed it? I understand reselling returns, but to send used when I purchased a NEW one?

I was hesistant to order based on reports on Reddit that the high demand item (HP Victus 15L, 5600G) I was interestested was being order then canceled abruptly. To my surprise, I was able to order with no issues, and 12 days after the item was highly publicized on Reddit. Looks like they do keep up with stock after all! Great job VIP Outlet. Wish you still had stock so I could order another one.

This my first order from VIP Outlet. I had to contact Customer Support because I wasn't sure if my order went thru. I received a prompt reply, along with a shipping update. My order was delivered promptly, was packaged well, and I was very pleased with my overall experience. I will definitely order again.

I bought K cup coffee maker brand new at great price very good packing, free and fast delivery by FedEx. I also had a great experience with this company customer service they are excellent and helped me so fast. At first I was not so sure about the site I thought maybe it is a scam because of the lower prices, but after I bought some items from them this site would be my first shopping site for my new house. At first I did not get my shipment they refunded my money, then I ordered the same product and arrived on time. Then I found my lost shipment at the office of my apartment complex, it was not The company's mistake, yet they told me to keep it. Great people at the VIP Outlet customer service I will definitely order again and again.

I've ordered from VIP Outlet a few times. Each time, the item has been in excellent condition, and it shipped fast. The prices are great and sometimes you can get super lucky and get an item at almost 1/3 of its MSRP. I recommend this site to friends and family all the time.

I had a so-so experience, which turned into a GREAT one! I had an issue with my order. It was quickly addressed and I was offered a great resolution! Wonderful communication with seller, too!

I had 4 unsuccessful attempts to navigate through Walmart.ca websites to get a return label mailed for a purchase I made at Walmart.ca marketplace. Walmart.ca support was absolutely no Help and repeated instructions to me which turned out, had no links to their website.
There was one person who recognized my problem, Ariel a VIPOUTLET User Experience Specialist. She came through and saw my problem and today I successfully mailed my item back to the seller.

I ordered a patio set from them. They fouled up the shipping address. No activity on fedex tracking for 4 days after they printed the label and said it was shipped. Sat in the fedex warehouse and never moved despite my correspondence and phone calls to vip outlet asking them to follow up. Took 4 days for their refund to clear to my credit card. Like a fool, I reordered, they billed my credit card and it was “processing” for two days. Then today they cancelled the order and says “out of stock”. This company is fraudulent. Shame in them. Customer service seems like they are concerned but actually does nothing. After posting on TrustPilot, VIP asked for my order numbers so they could make a "deep dive". I provided them, but did not hear back from them.

The hassle is not worth it. Trust me when I say it - buy from a legit, trusted site. Twice I was sent the wrong products in the wrong amounts and they refuse to admit to their errors. They also refuse to refund your money when they make the mistake until they receive the product at their warehouse and check it back in (which is an unreasonably long process). Basically they keep your $ hostage. Mistakes happen, but this seems to be something they do on the regular, which makes me think they are scammers. Especially because both times the items I received were substantially below the price of the ones I had paid for. Super suspect. I read other bad reviews and thought that won't happen to me cause I'm only ordering stuff I really want and won't be returning. That worked out okay for me until they started sending me the wrong items after I trusted them enough to spend more $ at their site. Not cool.

Update: They sent me an email giving me 10% off my next order (as if that would make up for the hassle or my frustration - plus I'm not ordering from here again, so that's a non-solution for me). So no they did not make anything right. They also asked me to take my review down. Again, no acceptable solution so review stays. They did refund one of my returned products since this review. It took a few weeks. And again, this was a case where I was not sent my full order and thus their error. Should have been refunded immediately.

I had been looking for a Fitbit Inspire 2 for my wife. She's not tech-savvy, so I didn't want to spend alot of money - (what if she doesn't like it?). I came across VIP outlet selling refurbished fitbits. Many different prices, and grades. I decided on a Grade A black Fitbit Inspire 2 for just $35.00. That includes shipping. The shipping was fast through FedEx. The packaging was not original, but very well done - no pieces sliding around. On the outside of the packaging, I saw that it was a Grade B. OH, OH! But when I opened it up, the device was PERFECT! Brand new bands, no scratches on the face, just PERFECT! I downloaded the Fitbit App on my wife's iPhone. I plugged in the charging cable that came with it, and started charging. I used the App to sync the device to the phone. It worked flawlessly. I went on youtube to find out how to use the fitbit, and got all the info I needed. My wife now uses it occasionally when she goes walking, and likes it. It's simple, because I switched the watch face to one that has all the info she needs on it - steps, distance, calories and heart rate. I am very pleased with my purchase and this company is highly recommended!

Prompt service. Accurate product

I haven't gotten it yet, but apparently on Walmart sometimes products are already opened and I'm also scared that one of the things I've ordered is fake. How do I know that you are not scamming me?
