Expensive, no support, bad advice
Bought Minoxidile hair product for women and was told 5% concentration is appropriate...ordered 6 months supply and received only 3 months...the 5% apparently cause severe hair loss in women and when asked to replace the missing box and exchange 5% with 2% concentration, we had to pay new shipping costs and return costs. No customer focus or care whatsoever...will never use them again and rather move to more reliable and cheaper retailers
