Be very careful when ordering, it is not what it seems.
I heard from friends that this product was worth buying, so I ordered a bottle.
You can then imagine my surprise to find that what they had really done was set up a monthly subscription, and there was no obvious indication they were going to try this stunt.
I still want to try the product, and you can cancel the subscription if you dig around on their website, but it does not look good to be doing this sort of thing to people without making it very obvious this is what you are signing up for.

Frustrating Subscription Experience
Unlike almost every other product subscription out there, there is no courtesy email letting you know an upcoming shipment is due to be charged, which allows you to move or postpone it.
Their customer service is poor - when I immediately contacted them after being charged getting they said that the order had already shipped, which apparently means they have a shipping operation so efficient they can get items couriered out faster than Amazon.
In reality, I would guess that only the order had just been processed and that it actually hasn't left any warehouse, leaving them ample time to cancel it and process a refund.
They then told me to refuse to delivery and that they would refund, which still hasn't happened almost a month later. In future I will be switching to a different brand.

Additionally, customers have full access to manage their subscription at any time—this includes the option to skip, pause, or cancel future orders directly from their account.
We understand your frustration and regret that your request to cancel came after the order had already been processed. As previously advised, a refund will be issued once the parcel is either refused at the door or returned to us. According to our records, the courier has attempted delivery twice, but no response was received. The parcel is still available for redelivery or collection.
We remain committed to resolving this and will process your refund promptly once the order is returned to our warehouse.
