Thank you for your review. We’ve looked into this account and unfortunately we cannot see any record of a cancellation request being received. There are no emails, calls, or contact logged against the account, and no activity from the contact details we have on file.

As per our terms, cancellations do need to be submitted through the correct process so that they are properly recorded. Without this, the subscription remains active and continues to renew.

Following a year long usage of services…

Following a year long usage of services my subscription has been cancelled with the reason that my country of residence has fallen under the HM Treasury’s guidelines for countries with high-risk for money laundering. And no, I am not from some third-world country, my country is in the EU, but I acknowledge that there might be risk associated with it.

However, note that these are just guidelines and not bans. I requested a check to be done on me, I am a honest person working for over a year and using this address, but it was simply refused to me. I expected the company to be a bit more understanding as the change of correspondence address everywhere is a lengthy process for me.

So my advice to people is don’t start using it if you are outside of the UK. Some day they might even put the US or Switzerland even under this list and just close your subscription. You are better off with putting the address of some relative or a simple mail forwarding service. Cheaper and more stable long-term.

We completely understand that this has been frustrating, especially after using the service for over a year and the inconvenience of needing to update your address elsewhere.

While we appreciate your position, as a UK regulated Trust and Company Service Provider we are required to comply with the HM Treasury and UK Anti Money Laundering regulations. These are not decisions we take lightly or apply on a case by case basis. We have to follow a consistent, risk based approach to remain compliant and to protect both our business and our clients.

Although these lists are often referred to as guidance, in practice they form part of the framework we must adhere to, and in some cases this means we are unable to continue providing services, regardless of an individual’s personal circumstances.

We do genuinely appreciate your time with us and wish you all the best moving forward.

Great experience

Setting up my virtual office for registering my limited company was incredibly easy. Everyone on the support team has been genuinely lovely, providing professional and timely responses throughout the process. The scanned post service is also an excellent feature that adds real convenience. I would highly commend their service.

Used there virtual answering service.

They charge me and don’t answer it just goes silent. They not easy to get hold of when you do speak to someone they cannot do anything they do not know anything. If you want to mash up your business use these guys.

Poor, unprofessional, disorganised service

Poor service. They give you an attractive front end offer but by the time you add up mandatory add ons it’s expensive.

I’ve also visited to collect post and it’s a disgrace. Bundles of 100’s of letters that you are just pointed towards to sift through.

Edit: following a strange and defensive email sent privately in reply to my review I have revised the start rating down to a 1*.

Our virtual office packages are designed to be flexible, which means clients only pay for the services they actually need rather than a single higher all inclusive price. All optional services and pricing are shown clearly during sign up so customers can choose what works best for their business.

Regarding post collection, we aim to make the process as efficient as possible while securely handling a very large volume of mail for many businesses. Clients collecting in person are directed to their allocated section so they can quickly locate their items. That said, we appreciate the feedback and are always looking at ways to improve the collection experience.

Nothing but honesty, great support and flexibility with monthly options. Had some great support from Maya initially who helped me remove some extras i didn't need and then Jack G and Amin who carried on the great service. Appreciate the dashboard and how easy it was to selectively forward individual letters too.
