Under review problem
Under review problem. First time visa card 5$ withdraw. Under review for 22 days. I did not give me any reply for 22 days.
It worked. Go old school.
I received an Amazon gift card through virtualrewardcenter site based on some surveys I took, read the reviews, and decided to still try. I copied the code manually from the site and applied it to Amazon. It worked. I recommend using the manual cut and paste, and applying it somewhere one time if possible.
Impossible to activate card
Impossible to activate card. Recording just loops asking you to set a PIN. Have tried numerous times and called both numbers on card. Thought I’d try using it to see if it was activated although it didn’t say so explicitly on the recording, but was rejected by several different merchants.

Horrible service- Called twice as my virtual card was invalid on my app. Both times I was told it was my phone. I used my husbands which is a year old, its up to date. They want to take $5.95 off of my card to cancel and re issue a new one and I didn't even get to use it. I had this happen with a previous one I received from my place of employment. The worst customer service I have ever received.
Unreliable - Go for REWARBLE Giftcards instead.
Limited to U.S only, took me 3 days to figure out how to use it within my country, won't send sms to a number outside u.s and most payment providers will just reject it, I recommend going for rewarble gift cards instead.
Can't transfer the $5 to a family…
Can't transfer the $5 to a family member or even do a paypal donation to a paypal charity. What a joke, they're so tough to how you spend your money, you can't even donate it to a charity.
Copied code and 2 different codes…
Copied code and 2 different codes rejected....FRAUD probably just going to sell your info
They are a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I REPEAT PLEASE DONOT USE THEM. DESPITE REGULARLY FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM AND MAINTAINING COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY FROM MY SIDE, I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET MY 895 USD REWARD.
Impossible to activate
Impossible to activate. They want all your info to give you the reward. It's a scam, as far as I'm concerned.
Under Review
Terrible experience with Virtual Reward Center. I called because the Visa link they sent is broken and shows “under review.” Instead of helping, they told me to contact SAGO — which makes no sense, because SAGO is not responsible for technical issues on the Virtual Reward Center website.
The phone staff are rude and dismissive. They don’t even try to understand the issue, immediately say “we can’t help,” and then hang up on you. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.
Scum and scam
Unfortunately I received 2 rewards, 55$ in total and both say they are under review. Mind you, they have been under review for 2 months now. Can't access my reward and won't respond to emails and when you finally get ahold of them, they tell you they can't do anything about it.
It's so bad ..
It's so bad ..
I received a gift card email
I tried to open the link but it says under review
It's been over a month
I emailed them and they didn't respond at all .
That's the third card I lost..
BE WARNED
BE WARNED! The ViSA reward card is not a real prepaid debit. It cannot be used to pay bills or even buy gas! It is only used for RETAIL! I have 2 cards worth a total of $275 and can’t apply to it anything needed. This is not told to you in advance. This should be criminal. I am so angry.
Buyer Beware: Expiration dates are predatory
Just want to make everyone aware that this company sends promotional gift cards with expiration dates as soon as 3-months. Afterwards, the money is taken away. They are certainly not interested in getting you your money, but in making money for themselves. Survey companies should avoid working with them; there must be a more honest competitor that provides this same service.
Unable to give no stars because this is…
Unable to give no stars because this is a useless and unprofessional organisation. Despite stating that it operates 8am-8pm on Monday to Friday, I have been waiting over a week now since sending an email query without a response from anyone in their support team.
I purchased an e-Gift Card and while trying to redeem it - it took me to a page indicating that the reward is under review. An email to the rewards centre team for assistance/support is an automated reply stating a response will be received shortly. It has now been 8 days and counting without a response or reply to my email query. Looks like a scam company or one that is highly inefficient
Very Unresponsive Company
Very unresponsive company, terrible customer service so if any market research companies are reading this and considering giving them their business as a way to compensate their participants, I'd go to other providers. Been waiting over a week for them to credit me the difference between a pre-authorized amount and the final amount of the transaction and they haven't done it even though the final transaction went through over a week ago. Seems like the want to hang onto your money. I tried to pay for something else with the exact balance on the card that was left and it was declined twice. I was given this as a gift card for participating in a market research and next time if it's this method, I'll turn the gig down, not worth the hassle. I had read the umpteen bad reviews prior, but now have firsthand experience myself too....
No reply Visa Gift Card from…
I have purchased a Visa Gift Card from Kingiftcard while trying to redeem it on Virtualrevardcenter it redirects me to a error page which has the text that the card is under review its been more then a month I tried to contact them many time but didn't received any reply, just auto reply is coming that we will be in touch with you in short.
Avoid Focus Group & Virtual Rewards Center at All Costs!
Like many of the others, I participated in a 90 minute market research study with Sago/Schlesinger/Focus Group in April. After waiting months I received a prepaid Visa from the Virtual Reward Center for $352.50. I registered it as instructed, set a pin and thought I was good to go. Went to my bank to withdraw the funds, as it said I would be able to, and it was declined. Spoke to a teller and when she attempted it, declined as well. When I tried calling this scam of a business, got the same message as every one else, "There are no agents at this time." Left numerous messages and even an email. Nothing. Spoke to Sago and was told they would "look into it."
Both organizations are shams and scammers. I have filed a formal complaint with the CFPB and the BBB against Sago et al.
