Terrible customer support.

Been using Virtual yard for almost a year. Only needed the free version. Recently received a message saying we need to move over to a paid plan because the free one no longer exists. Tried to move over. Added £100 into our account. Tried to switch over to the new package and we keep getting an error message. I contacted support last week and still haven't heard anything back. How are we supposed to continue to run our business???
Totally fed up and want a refund. We will find someone better.

Been trying to sign up to a paid…

Been trying to sign up to a paid subscription .. keep getting error message .. submitted support ticket .. eventually got a response 3 days later but issue still not fixed .. replied to support ticket .. 2 days gone by and no response. Do they not want new customers?
