Car rental coverage

I recently had a minor accident and needed to file a claim with my RBC Avion Visa Infinite card. I had a positive experience with the claim process through AVIVA.

The claim process was surprisingly straightforward. I contacted AVIVA, and they guided me through the necessary steps. The entire process was efficient, and I appreciated the lack of unnecessary hassle. I was assigned a friendly and dedicated adjuster who kept me informed throughout the process. They were super responsive to my enquiries, and I appreciated the clear communication.

What impressed me most was the zero deductible on the repair cost. Plus, the card covers 80% of the Loss of Use charge, a significant benefit.

One thing to note is that it took six weeks for the rental company to send the bill and claim documents for the completed repair. But don't worry, AVIVA handled the claim efficiently.

I'm delighted with the claim experience through AVIVA. The RBC Avion Visa Infinite card has exceeded my expectations, and I feel confident in the coverage it provides.

Additional Tips: I almost forgot to take photos of the damage.

Infinite Card is a bad choice! Get AMEX!

Adequate as a transaction card yet very disappointing in terms of the credibility of its promotions for this top tier card. Frankly, they don’t really care and it all seems like a hoax!! I have complained to the issuing Bank and they just shrug it off.

I am switching to Mastercard and Amex. VISA should be ashamed!
