Agence à fuir

Un seul conseil : fuyez cette agence.
J’ai fait l’erreur de demander un visa pour Dubai, chez Visa Office, sans me dire que j’allais jeter mon argent par la fenêtre (129 euros).
Mon visa est refusé sans aucun motif, alors que j’ai un dossier complet et solide. J’ai même acheté mon billet d’avion, et fait ma réservation d’hôtel. J’ai tout perdu. J’ai envoyé un mail à l’agence, il y a une semaine, pour faire un recours, et demander le motif de refus, mais aucune réponse de leur part.
