Avoid

Very poor experience. No customer service or support at all. I requested a refund as I didn't receive any notifications from the app, and a digital assistant confirmed that refund was processed. 5 weeks later nothing received so I requested tracing of this, and again nothing received. I advise against purchasing this as they will rip you off.

Double Charged, No Refund, No Human Support

I used VisaReady AI about a year ago, and at that time the service and customer support were very good. Based on that experience, I came back expecting the same level of service. Unfortunately, this time it has been a very disappointing experience.

They deducted money from my account twice. The chatbot said the extra charge was reversed immediately, but it has now been almost a month and I still have not received the refund. I also never received any slot notifications, so I requested a cancellation. Again, the bot said the refund was processed and that I would receive the money within 5 days. It has been nearly a month now, and still no refund.

The only support available seems to be the chatbot, and it keeps giving the same template responses. Reaching an actual person from their team has been almost impossible. The chatbot keeps saying the issue will be escalated and that human intervention will happen soon, but so far no one has contacted me.

At this point, it genuinely feels as though the company is no longer functioning properly and only the chatbot is still running on its own. Please be careful before paying them any money.

Watch this review. If someone from the company comes forward and resolves the issue, I will update it here. Otherwise, please be cautious.

Poor Customer Support and No Progress on Refund

After paying for their services, our plans changed and we no longer required their support. Unfortunately, getting through to anyone on their team has been almost impossible. The only thing that seems to work is their chatbot, but even through that, reaching a real person is not an option.

I requested a refund through the bot over a month ago, and it keeps giving the same automated responses, claiming the issue has been escalated, but nothing has happened.

I’m hoping someone from the company monitors their reviews here and can finally help me resolve this and issue the refund.

I've used quite of few appointment…

I've used quite of few appointment booking services over the years, this is probably one of the simplest one out there, got me an appointment in 3 days. their response is fast and helpful, albeit slightly robotic at times, but they get the job done.

So disappointed

So disappointed! As we are a family of 4 I had to set up 2 separate profiles with TLS I gave both profiles to visaready and paid £100 per profile for automatic scanning as there were 4 of us! They secured appointments for 2 of us and I was so happy and impressed with them, I was then just waiting for our 2nd profile to get an appointment, but as the profiles are only live for 10 days with TLS I spoke to visaready and they said not too worry I was just to register with TLS again using the same username and password as before which I duly did and I let them know when the profile was active again and that's where it all went wrong! They never resumed scanning I kept getting computer generated responses saying the same thing over and over again! And eventually they just stopped replying all together! The 2nd profile has now cancelled again for a 2nd time and I have been checking it myself as clearly visaready are not able to do it! I have now been asking for a refund for the 2nd profile which they are refusing to even acknowledge at this stage! I am so disappointed as now I am left in a position where half my family have a visa appointment and the other half doesn't!!

Frustrating and expensive

Impossible to speak to anyone that isn’t a very sophisticated robot. Got a refund on the standard package after I realised it wasn’t right for me. Got the premium package so that I could choose specific dates, but then it booked me a slot two weeks later - AFTER my flight! £200 wasted. After that they stopped responding to messages as I need a refund. Extremely frustrating

Worry not for Visa booking

The team was really reassuring that even when i was really worried that my ticket is very near, they do give reassurance that we are in the right place and that i have to leave it to them and that they will do the job for me. And it is true that by not waiting for long period of time i got my appointment booked. I can definitely refer VisaReady team to my friends. Many thanks for your help.
