Great Prices, Fast Delivery, Every Time

I’ve been ordering my contact lenses from Vision Direct for years and they’ve always been consistently excellent. Their prices are very competitive, often better than other retailers, and delivery is incredibly fast – orders seem to arrive almost before I’ve had time to think about them! The ordering process is simple and reliable, which makes reordering hassle-free. As a nice extra touch, I always appreciate the little bag of Haribo included in the box. It’s a small thing, but it always puts a smile on my face. Highly recommended for great value and service.

Complaining after lens split after 4 days

After 4 days, one lens split - it's never happened before, and as it was a new pack, I still had two spare so I wasn't too worried - but the customer service approach and complaint policy is dreadful. No replacement lens is sent out, then I had to provide photo evidence (years of being a loyal customer doesn't matter) - then I get a partial refund for one lens, meaning because of a faulty product, I have to order again and pay postage again. It's pennies, but the policy stinks and its a really bad customer experience.
