I didnt like it last week how delivery…

I didnt like it last week how delivery service arrive. It wasn't nice to do. They couldn't be bothered put the package against the door but instead of throwing any places down near the gate.

Delivery never arrived

Lenses were not delivered. ‘Re-delivery’ - or more correctly a second opportunity to deliver - was not available as an option - just a refund. Doesn’t help when what one needs are lenses!
Annoyingly company chose to shift blame to UPS - their own selected delivery partner. If they fail like this why have them as your delivery partner?

Upon review, your order was reported as not received, and a refund was processed on 28/03/2026. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time. We understand that while a refund resolves the financial aspect, it does not immediately address your need for the lenses, and we are truly sorry for this inconvenience.

Regarding your request for further clarification, we have forwarded your feedback and request for a written explanation to our senior team for review. We also want to be transparent that due to current system limitations, we are unable to process direct replacements, which is why a refund was offered as the resolution.

Your feedback about the delivery experience has been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams as we continuously review our courier partnerships and processes.
