DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! If I could give 0 zero stars I would. This is a horrible, disreputable company. Do NOT sign with them, because you will regret. The management doesn’t know what they are doing, the customer service is never there to help you and they push you to sign without giving a time to think about it. Save your time, DO NOT GO WITH SOLAR VISION!

It was awesome great experience. He came back when didn't have to. Made sure that he did everything to get me approved went above and beyond to make things happen. Overall really excited and ready for install Thanks Greg

HE WAS VERY INTELLIGENT HELP US A LOT TOLD US MORE INFORMATION THAT WE COMPLETLY THOUGHT DIFFERENTLY GREG WAS MORE THEN A CONCULTANT HE SOMEONE THAT CARED AND DID EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER FOR US

Nico was a great representative. Very personable and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable in taking the leap to solar.

She was very knowledgeable and made everything go fast and smoothly.

Adajaa was absolutely amazing to work with. She’s so informative, she explained everything in details and when we had questions, she answered them. We have an appointment set for a new roof and solar panels to be put in. My husband and I are so excited and Adajaa made it all happen.

She was very personal able and friendly. Adajaa was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed talking with her.

Came soooo close to signing but they just didn’t seem forthcoming. Then i read all the reviews. Out of 172 reviews 131 were one star and the rest were all 5 star- which says to me they had their employees fill out fake reviews. Number one complaint was that they never finished the install

My name is Donna McMurray and I was the one that held back on getting Solar for so long. However, today my husband had made an appointment with Vision Solar and they sent Shakil out to tell us all about it. And guess what, we ended up sign up for it! I was expecting him to be here for an hour or so, but we had just spent the last three hours enjoying his company and taking in all the information he had to offer. Such a wonderful guy and a wonderful company! 10/10 experience!

I sent in a cancellation notice within the 3 day recission period but received no confirmation that they received it. I called the company and was transferred to the cancellation dept. The customer service rep proceeded to try and talk me out of cancelling and then said I had to provide the name of the company we decided to go with before she could cancel our contract. I told her that I decline to answer that and she said she would not complete the cancellation unless I fully answered all her questions. The cancellation agreement clearly states that all we have to do is submit the signed cancellation agreement and that it could be submitted electronically. She was very rude. Her attitude and the company procedure for cancelling a project confirmed I made the right decision

I was not interested in solar at all until meeting Matt. I had talked to several other companies and it just did not make much sense to me when they left. Matt did a great job explaining everything and answered all my questions I could not be more pleased with such great customer service and Matt spending the whole day answering all my questions and concerns.

Had a great experience. Lamar and Joseph were informative and friendly. Every question I had was explained clearly. I would recommend Vision Solar to anyone considering switching.

Vincent made a comprehensive presentation with loads of information. It was not made in any forced way. It was friendly and professional. He has a super approach. I hope my installation and moving forward is as good as he is.
