I received my order within the estimated time frame but one dress is too big in some areas and too small in others and needs to be returned. The other dress fits but does not look like it did in the photo and the quality is not good. Trying to get the return code is impossible. Tells me to go to "customer service" and there is NO link for that anywhere!!

The dresstook a little too long to arrive and thedress length is longer than I expected. Otherwise, everything is FINE.

I received my order from Visuddy which did not fit. I have been trying to contact them to receive an approved return. I have not received any contact from them and need help in trying to get my order returned.

Two Items ordered appear to be larges versus mediums.

One item ordered, pants appear to be small and short....not mediums.

Would like tovreturn all items.

They informed me my order had been delivered this week. It never arrived. I've now contacted them twice with no response. They have $132 of my money and I no longer care about the merchandise since they haven't taken the time to respond. I will persist until they either deliver the items or refund my money. If they do neither at least I will report them to the BBB and I've printed out their notices about delivery and my notes to them. I also just found out my notes TO them have been blocked and I can find no phone number to call, either. Very clever. (The date of experience below isn't quite right, it's a couple of days later.)

TERRIBLE COMPANY. This company is UNBELIEVABLE, and their incompetence is without remorse. More than two years ago, we asked for an electronic measurement system to avoid physical measurement of our electric consumption. A year or so ago, they came to install it. Today, I found out that they simply installed and electronic measurement but without the ability to send the reading electronically to DEDDIE, which was what we asked. One more confirmation that this is a JOKE OF A COMPANY. Incompetent from beginning to end. NON EXISTENT management. They are just there to collect salary.

I purchase one dress and it was good so I wrote a good review and ordered another 4 dresses. They are horrible and even though they are my size they do not come close to fitting. So disappointed and since there is no company phone number and no directions or address to return them, I am stuck. Anyone have luck returning clothing?

I like my blouses. They are very well made.

They claim that I ordered a small but that is impossible since I am plus sized. Even if for some reason I made an error, they told me that they do not want me to send it back and will give me a $6 refund for something that cost nearly $40 plus shipping or I can pay to return it to Dubai which is very expensive. They claim to be located in South Carolina. WHAT A LOAD OF LIARS!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

The on line advertising said the merchandise was made in South Carolina and would be shipped from whichever of three warehouses was closest to the purchaser.
The women’s tops I received did not have a country of origin on them, but the plastic bag for each of them said “Made in China”.
I ordered 3 tops in my normal size. All three were too small.

I was very happy with the quality but the sizing was off. I am a solid size 14 or large and the top was much too tight to wear.

Ordered an adorable top took my measurements so I could be sure of the proper size when it came it was too small. Emailed them. No Satisfaction will not refund except for $5. Customer service sucks obviously from China
