The order was received but later than expected. Some confusion with bad data from USPS. Items received were as ordered. A mistake was made when items were ordered. We need to return them for the correct size.

The main problem is the delivery time. I think it took about 2 weeks and I was billed immediately after ordering.
The add promotes made in the USA, but based on the delivery time and communication I expect it was made and shipped from China. The label does not have a country of origin. One reason I bought was that it said made in North Carolina.

Happy with the dress - it fits perfectly.

I received my dress It took a longer than II thought. My pmt was approved. Weeks before I got my dress.,I need a smaller size, but don’t know where to return it.

I ordered 3 blouses all size large from Visuddy. 2 large and 1 small arrived and nothing fits. The material is very thin and doesn't look at all what I ordered. The quality doesn't look like I regularly order from American companies and there are no tags with any information on them. I have tried to contact the company for a return and it is impossible to do so. I definitely think this is a Scam.

I ordered 2 dresses didnt fit right wanted to RETURN FOR REFUN and your customer service people only wanted to give me back 6/7 DOLLORS AND KEEP THEM OMG Why would I want to keep them if they dont fit so i have thrown them out And if I see you selling on FB I wikll comment "DON'T BUY AS YOU CAN NOT RETURN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Everything was great! The shirts were as described. Will purchase again.

Ordered 3 dresses all same size. 1 fit, 1 fuzz small in bust, 1 prob 3 sizes too small. Requested return and refund on the 2. Was offered $14.00 plus keep dresses. Didn’t need dresses as can’t wear but they kept offering money and to keep dresses. Most was $30 for over $80 spent. Told me I could return them to Dubai but I would be responsible for postage which would be expensive. Dresses were shipped from NJ and the website infers that is a US company but it only ships from US. Receiving is in Dubai. Website also guarantees refunds within 30 days but doesn’t mention that it won’t be full amount or shipping merch to Dubai if you don’t want to keep it. Scam for sure. Still working on full refund and will be contacting Federal Trade Commission to lodge a complaint also.

The advertisement said the blouses were made in South Carolina when they were actually made in China.

This company are scammers and no longer handled by Amazon. Purchased a womans top Hippy Stripe Shirt order #10643186. Paid $51.98 and it took way too long to arrive and when it finally did the material is like tissue paper. real garbage! I have been trying to contact them to return for a refund, all phone numbers non working. They are taking peoples money and then disappearing . The reviews that were good ones are all fake. Amazon told me they are no longer doing business with Visuddy so anyone who was stupid enough like me to order from them, are just out their $$$. Now I have completely lost trust in Amazon as well, knowing they handled Visuddy merchandise. SCAM SCAM do not use clothing sites on line!!!!

The dress I ordered is lovely and I am anxious to wear it.

Took money for the order and immediately began making excuses. I questioned the delay and then they sent a USPS tracing number that USPS does not recognize.
Customer service seems to be AI generated and I can not contact a person. Beware.

Delivery was prompt. I like the dress and design very much. I will be continuing to look for more on Visuddy! Thank you.

Took a over 3 weeks for delivery. I like most of my order. I just wish they had more petite dresses.

Love the shirts. I bought two the same in different sizes, one for me & one for a friends birthday. Mine is a tad too small across the shoulders so I’d like to exchange for an XL if possible. Great feeling material and she loved both of hers.

The blouse was as shown. No disappointment. It came within the time promised. The size was correct. It is a pretty blouse that cannot be found in traditional stores. I ordered a size that was a little too small. That was my error. I decided to keep it anyway. So I don’t know how easy an exchange would be.
