I wish I had read reviews before I placed order. I would give zero stars if I could. Boots were too small and I did get an e mail asking if I wanted to return order and get a refund but no address to send goods back. As there was no paperwork with order and no telephone no. the only contact is email and so far after about 10 e mails I haven't had any answer which seems to be the same as everyone else. I have contacted the BBC to see if they can get an address but don't hold out much hope. I also got conned into ordering a second pair as they asked me to confirm order then sent another pair so Im £99 out of pocket for 2 pairs of boots which aren't worth the money and don't fit!!

Ordered boots UK size 6. I take size 5.5. They took ages to arrive. They weren't in a box but squashed into a tiny package. I couldn't even get my foot inside. No way was this a size 6. Since then I have been trying to return them. You have to email them to start the returns process but they don't reply. I think this company is a scam. I have emailed every day for 10 days. They say they respond to emails in 48 hours. So far nothing at all. Do not buy from this company. I think the reviews on their website are fake.

Boots ordered in November 25 arrived late towards the end od December.
Boots did not fit - so tried to initiate a return in accordance with their 30 day rule. Emailed them around 10 times to be told of the return address - have not received their return address yet!
Do not use the company - totally unhelpful.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from these cowboys! Order a pair of Vienna boots in UK size 6. Arrived + actually a size 5 /eur 38. Have so far written 2 emails complaining+ asking for return or exchange. I have heard nothing. Please can something be done about businesses (??) like this.
