I’m speechless .?

I’ve had know response whatsoever with many attempted emails. My shoes were stitched together can’t even get my feet in them. £35 odd wasted money.
couldn’t get through to someone to even discuss a return. Think this is abit strange so don’t bother too even order anything.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, boots arrived and too small, multiple emails from me asking for return and refund. "Anna" responded continually asking me what I wanted to do. Finally told it was being referred to refund department and never heard anything more. Definite scammers, do not buy from them.

Avoid like the plague

Ordered boots for my mother, after confirmation I was instantly bombarbed with emails suggesting I hadn't completed and pushed to order more for further discount. Once they did come after a lengthy wait they were a size 3, not the 5 I ordered (I think a 3 anyway, it was written in pen), also very pure quality with the words "fashion" printed all over them. Since then I've tried the email they sent for queries multiple times for returns and it says "recipient address not found". Avoid at all costs, scamming company.

I ordered a pair of black hiking shoes…

I ordered a pair of black hiking shoes size 6 and l received a size 5. I've sent countless emails and the response l'm getting is always the same. They ask for my order number and a picture of the shoes. I've sent this information 5 times and now they've stopped answering me. I'm so annoyed and cross. I don't have much money. I feel so scammed by a horrible company. Please don't purchase anything from this company. It's like Eleven Forest another scamming company

Just awful

Dear Anna,
I am now reporting my complaint about VitaFeet to Citizens Advice, having consulted my rights on CIUK. My complaints will mention:
false advertising (false statement of positive reviews on Trust Pilot and on your site, false claims of refunds, 30-day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked, etc.)
faulty sizing and incorrect UK/Europe conversion. Measurement chart does not correspond with the actual shoe size either
repeated assurances that a refund has been triggered - all lies
no address provided for return of shoes, despite repeated requests
I think you must agree that you are luring customers in under false pretences.
