Their system requires you to enter a lot of personal and medical information to start an account, but when you try to book - the system simply doesn't work, and hasn't for days. The telephone number doesn't work (So I tried their Media department - "number unobtainable") No reply to e-mail. What their actual service is like I'll never know, as I won't deal with inefficient companies who don't provide working contact details. I'd add that they say they'll reply to webmail "within 24 working hours " but they don't.

I just wanted to send you this in case it helps even just one other person.

I had my B12 injection last Wednesday. I have been troubled with a bloated stomach since my teens, I'm now in my late 50's. I have tried everything that doctors and pharmacists recommended, and as the years went on, it got worse. Plus, I have a small hernia, so the gas was pushing it out and causing a great deal of pain. It was very much to my surprise, the morning after I had the B12 injection, I felt an improvement, and it kept improving. It's been life changing! I am not in discomfort in my bed, so I can sleep longer.

That's not only the difference I have been feeling; I have more strength in my limbs, I feel like I have a smile on my face all the time, I feel like I moving about a lot faster. I still have memory issues but I am going through the menopause.

Actually livid against my better judgment I bought another b12 via vitajab but the pharmacy where I have to go is foul.Last time I got my b12 there I booked online and when I got there I was told couldn't be jabbed till 10 when my appointment was 9.30.I can't book online now it's by phone and I can tell it's the same woman.My only day off work was today and I'm absolutely exhausted she told me fully booked.So I want a refund I've tried calling the vitajab number today no answer and no answer to my email.Funny thing is the pharmacy was giving all the drug users their methadone while I was sat waiting for a service I paid for never again!!😡

They have a list of three local pharmacies that provide the service. After purchasing, none of the pharmacies on their list (using various postcodes so within 15-20 miles of my home postcode) but none of the pharmacies listed actually provide the service.

I have been having issues with B12 for a while - I found Vitajab online. Professional website , excellent FAQS, simple procedure. I created an account at 10 am and was having my injection at noon ! West Bank Pharmacy in Widnes were professional, friendly and efficient - I am recommending this service to anyone with B12 related issues.

I have had two vita jab B12 injections at a local pharmacy, I am quickly attended to by the pharmacy staff. The injection room is clean and orderly and the injector is professional and friendly. The injection itself is not painful. I will continue with my injections and have recommended this to friends of my age group.

I have had B12 Injections over the past eighteen months or so and have experienced a very helpful and professional service throughout.

Excellent service, easy to use. Buy voucher on line, book appointment with pharmacy. Staff at Peak pharmacy heals Green really lovely. Do not hesitate to recommend. So much easier than trying to get appointment with GP practice. Affordable price to feel better.

I've been vegan for over 30 years. Now that I'm in my 50s, I'm more conscious of the need to maintain my b12 levels. Vitajab makes it easy and affordable to do just that.

Occasionally I have been told by doctors that my B12 levels are low, and that I may wish to use supplements. They have never said why my B12 levels are always low!!

However, I decided to delve further as I knew I was eating the necessary food so there may be another cause for this. Following a test (at my expense) I found my genes may be causing issues.

I started with sublingual supplements, but having done more research I decided to go for 'shots' directly into the muscle.

I decided to use Vitajab and I made sure that they use the same B12 that you get at a doctors, and I have now been having these for over 12 months. The local chemist in Chester is great, and even though other companies/individuals are now offering the same, I am very happy to stay with Nick. It is very straight forward, just pay on Vitajabs website and get your voucher code...you then just pass this onto your local Vitajab supplier.. couldn't be easier.

I feel so much better following a 'shot' and hope this is increasing my base levels.

I am about to do another test (at my expense...not at the doctors) to see how much these have altered my results over the last 12 months or so. Once I find out I will come back and report.

Following a blood test which showed I had extremely low b12 levels l started a course of injections at my local chemist. I would recommend these to anyone following a vegetarian or vegan diet.
