I bought some “scratch” directly from the manufacturer, you pick up at their facility, it’s a combination of all their leftover pellets and seeds, etc. Bird food basically.
Moldy, I did not get a refund and lady at desk wouldn’t let me talk to anyone. Moldy and stinky garbage, you get what you pay for.
I DO NOT recommend.
This facility needs the health department called for a visit.
I've been buying Vitakraft food for my birds for decades because it is a quality food that they like. My current order has been delayed and I'm almost out of this product. My complaint is that Vitakraft SunSeed now has NO customer service. You cannot call them anymore and I received a message that the customer service rep was out of the office and would not get back to me for several days, so I guess this company really doesn't have ANYONE at all in customer service. If their CEOs are so destitute that they have to cut essential services, they should start a GoFundMe page. I hope my parrots like the substitute brand I had to buy so that I can switch to a competent company that cares about their loyal customers.
