Parts are loose and by buying their metal boxes for £30 you're probably putting £28 in their pockets. Absurd prices!
My husband at his lowest point in life spent over THIRTY BRITISH POUNDS on a metal box from your company. We are in severe debt and this is an absolute scam. You are charging £25 to £30 for a product of manufacturing costs of about £2, loading some rich's person's bank account and emptying vulnerable people's pockets in the process.
Multiple similar boxes on amazon cost £10, some with compartments and much better appearance and setup. This box from Blockhuette comes with complex loose pieces that make the user experience longer, more demanding and more stressful. The sealant rubber comes loose separately, as does the divider. Using this daily takes much longer than better thought products with inbuilt compartments and sealers.
I absolutely need for his return request to be accepted, and it so far keeps being denied because he personalised it (they do this with a horrible basic fount and charge £6 more!!!!). This metal box costs 3 to 4 hour's worth of my labour. I am absolutely fed up of this scam-type products. This is a metal box you're charging THIRTY POUNDS FOR A METAL BOX.
