Slow shipping ruining my temp sensitive item
Placed order more than 10 days ago. Still haven't received it. Item is temperature sensitive and is supposed to be refrigerated. It's probably spoiled now. Will consider returning and/or file a claim with my credit card company.

The product was carefully packaged with insulation and ice packs, and there was no extended exposure to high temperatures during transit.
We shared the manufacturer’s verified stability data with you, which confirms that Prostaphane remains significantly unaffected for over a month at temperatures above standard room temperature. While we are confident in the product’s integrity, we fully respect that your peace of mind is essential.
We discussed the option of a return and offered to arrange a DHL return label for convenience. We also reinstated the DHL Express shipping option for future orders, as we are continually reviewing courier performance in light of recent customs and transit changes affecting UK to US shipments.
I’m pleased that your parcel arrived safely and that you decided to keep it, but I truly appreciate your honest feedback about wanting an expedited option for added reassurance. We have taken that seriously.

Product came quick enough to Ireland, ordering off the website was straight forward and easy-going.
I've been taking various supplements from vitality pro and for a while and had no issues. So far so good, lets see if they make any quality of life improvements. While I believe these products are good my only negative is the affordability.
