We had the full blood test done, and couldn’t get any blood out the first time so completely failed at getting a sample. Your team was excellent great communication and sent out another test straight away. We received the results within 24hrs.
I would definitely recommend watching a YouTube video on how to get a good blood sample. Holding your hand down below your waist made a huge difference, and the help of my wife getting the sample as I would have struggled on my own.
But the blood test came back with issues that the NHS do not test for. And as soon as I contacted my doctor they was all over me and they had me in straight away to retake bloods. Whereas before they wouldn't see me for months which is why I had to go privately and do it on my own. Gave them the push they needed to do something about it.

Everything went to plan. Collecting the sample is fine as long as you follow the instructions carefully. Sample was returned and analysis undertaken promptly. Good service overall.

A great service and easy to understand results which I will take to my gp. Would have been five stars but the finger tip drawing process is very fiddly and difficult to get the required amount.

Easy to undertake once you've read the instructions carefully. It's not cheap but the results report is very interesting and gives advice in terms of seeing a GP or not. The way the results are presented is clear and as comprehensive as a layman needs. It is quick once the sample(s) are submitted and I was kept informed as to progress.

Test kit arrived promptly, within 2 working days, results were ready to download 30 hrs after posting.
More importantly, when I had a technical question about one of the tests used, it was answered promptly and with very good level of detail.

They advertised a specific blood test as part of a compound blood test on their website. When my results came back, this specific test was not included in the results and no explanation was given for why not.

Because that was the part of the test I needed, I requested a refund by email. I received no reply. I tried to call twice, the phone was not answered.

I finally raised a complaint through PayPal and they offered me £29.75 refund of a £119 spend because that was the part of the test they didn't do.

Terrible support, terrible customer service.

Vitall is a really great service. Easy to book and the Nurse/Phlebotomist who came to collect bloods was extremely efficient, friendly and bang on time! Results quickly followed.
