After researching for the best home…

After researching for the best home Blood pressure machine, I decided to order one from Vitaltrack. After I had already placed my order, I found this page and was worried I had fallen for a scam. when I paid my CC bill I was connected to a customer service rep. who said they had a scan alert on this company. So it had been about 4 days, and I ordered Omron Platinum from Amazon. I e mailed Vitaltrack and ask to cancel my order. I heard back promptly, and they were very polite. I received the vitaltrack the next day after I got my Omron. It was in a fedex bag, no protection inside. The side of the box was crushed; I did not take anything out of the box. I e-mailed them back and ask what I needed to do to return it. Again, I heard back promptly. (I tried calling a few times but never got through to anyone). Anyway, I paid about $15.00 for shipping and after they received it, I got a e mail saying I would be refunded my money and true to what they said within 2 days my CC was credited. So, this was my experience. They were actually really nice and other than being out $15.

When ordering I didn’t have my payment…

When ordering I didn’t have my payment card to hand so delayed completing the order. Received quick communication from them to encourage completion of the order. Order completed but no dispatch notification and not received within the advertised timeframe and no response to requests for an update.
Order now cancelled as this doesn’t bode well if anything was to go wrong.

VitalTrack is a fraudulent e-Commerce Company

I received a VitalTrack Pro Blood Pressure Monitor that is absolutely USELESS. The programmable feature do not work (e.g. can't set for individualized personal data collection, can't set the month, date, year or time, cuff crumples when inflated causing the unit to provide errored/inaccurate BP readings. Additionally, where is the document that guarantees the bogus 10yr warranty being advertised. The instruction sheet sheet only specify a 2 year product warranty.

I have filed a consumer affairs complaint against VitalTrack whereby I seek my immediate FULL Refund on $119.05 for this junk that they are pedaling to consumers.

This company deserves a ZERO rating!!!

Vital Fit Track - AVOID

The item was completely non-functional. When I contacted the company they tried first to offer a 25% refund and keep or donate the tracker. When I said no, it went to 50% and then 75%. I told them they sent me a defective product and they insisted on charging a restocking fee and refunding 75%. This is a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not buy their products.

Absolutely diabolical customer service

Absolutely diabolical customer service. Don’t reply to emails, phone not answered. Goods not delivered after 4weeks. THEY decided to refund me. I want the products I ordered. Tried again this time paid for next day delivery- 3 days later no goods and not a word from VitalTrack despite chat or and attempts to phone.

Total Scam - avoid at all costs.

If I could give this a zero stars, I would.

Ordered a Tens machine on 8th August 2025, and did not receive any correspondence from them. On the 13th August I sent them an email enquiring about the order and a few hours later, I got an email saying that the item had been lost by the courier and that I was being refunded.

I tried to call them a few times over the next couple of hours but kept getting a recorded message about their support folks being busy and to call back in 10 mins.. to no avail.

I also noted that my mobile scam phone check notes their number as being a reported Scam number..

After my experience with them, and looking at other reviewers here, I would avoid them at all costs.

You can’t trust the numbers

The monitor doesn’t stay set the time and date change all the time it reads high and low all over the place. I put it next to an Omron and it’s crazy. Don’t buy vital track.

Broken product. SCAM Company

Bought the product around ten months ago and now broken and doesn’t work. I have tried to call multiple times but same response as others (call back in ten minutes) with same answer every time. No response on chat or to emails so looks like a total scam as suggested by others. Will also look at legal action as my elderly mother relayed on this machine daily for pain relief

Ordered blood pressure machine which was recommended as being one of the most reliable. A piece of silicon had come out of socket where the cuff lead goes and cannot use now. The machine cost £68.95. Their phone number continually says they are busy call back in 10 minutes. Needless to say it always says same thing. It claims to have a 10 year guarantee

Do not order from Vitaltrack

Do not order from Vitaltrack. The Tens unit was supposed to be the very best and of course the reviews supported this claim. The fact is Vitaltrack is a scam. I did receive a Tens unit which was different from the one I ordered for $99.00, almost $113.00 with shipping. The battery compartment was broken, the display was different than the one I ordered, When the unit is laying down it shows a 4 bar full charge and when you pick it up it drops to 2 bars. My Physical Therapist cannot get it to work and the directions are very confusing. The website showing the Vitaltrack Tens unit has been taken down. Have not received any phone calls from them and no return emails. Save your money, buy a different brand from CVS or Walmart where you can at least take it back and get your money back.

Product setup confusing and setup video cannot be found.

This product setup video cannot be accessed through the QR or website. The instruction manual is confusing and doesn't describe the functions very well, nor the enclosed pads, or cables. The cables are color coded, however, there are no instructions how to hook up according to the color coding. The font in the manual is almost unreadable because it us so small. I opened the package, tried to find the video and couldn't, then went to the instruction manual and couldn't read it because the font was too small and what I could read was unclear, and then I repackaged the unit to send it back. What a waste of money and time! I hope I get my money back!

Avoid this company at all costs

One star only because it has to be a star to do a review. A useless waste of time company that should be out of business. Customer service is rock bottom the worst I have ever experienced. A 10 year warranty sounds great with a company with integrity that backs their product. My big mistake was not going to the reviews before I purchased. My monitor quit without notice. As a result I purchased my new one at Walgreens who provided me with outstanding customer service. I emailed, called numerously, and chatted multiple times but the chat was really just to me as no one ever replied for days. Please consider purchasing your BP monitor somewhere else. I wasted the cost of almost $90 USD. So this review is suppose to be sent to the company it may but no one their is going to respond. They didnt to my multiple attempts. Voice mail says call back in 10 minutes all day long and the phone hangs up.

Stay very far away!

Still Waiting for my REFUND and not happy

Returned the machine almost immediately after receiving it because I found a different model I preferred. Tracked the return and I sent it on 5/29/25 and it arrived back to them on 6/2/25 according to USPS. I have not received my refund and have called them multiple times but the line is constantly busy and I have not been able to get through to them. I am disappointed and frustrated with their lack of response.

Paid for and not delivered

Ordered and paid for my scales in February and no response or delivery from them still 4 months later. Is this a fraudulent company? Still waiting for their response. Am chasing but hard to get hold of them. Will update this review if/when I get a response. Otherwise will raise a legal complaint.

Delivery date stated missed. Money paid, order acknowledged then nothing. Refund requested as they have not fulfilled their obligations, and now I have to go local to get a bp monitor asap. Will update when I hear more. Seem to be a scam and based on lies - sadly

Weird company

Weird company. Promises 48 hr delivery. Waited 72 hours nothing, I had to chase.
48 hours later they come back stating lost in transit. They need to check with their delifery unit / finance team to organise refund. Could be 10 days? Why didnt they just send replacement? You don't need to be Sherlock Holmes to figure that out.

Duped by false advertising

UPDATE I have received a reply to my email saying that my order has been cancelled and my payment refunded. If and when this is confirmed I will amend the rating to reflect this.
I was duped into purchasing this blood pressure monitor by false advertising which implied it was NHS approved. Pressure selling is applied by stating that the product is in high demand and stocks are low so I didnt check until after the payment was made. I found that not only is the item not on the NHS approved list but also that the company appears to be fraudulent. I tried to cancel my purchase within 5 minutes of the sale but the customer service phone number does not work. I have emailed requesting cancellation and have also attempted to cancel the payment through my bank but with no luck so far.
