Bad Experience

I bought the BP monitor in August 2024. It has never worked right. After I called, they promised to send me a return label. Unless it went into SPAM, I never received it. It supposedly has a two year warranty. I figured that I would use it as a backup, but it is worthless. Just tried to call and sent them two emails, one through their website. I have gotten no response. If this isn’t a SCAM, I don’t know what is. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

We received the goods quickly

We received the goods quickly, however we have made an error regarding the item we need and want to return it, in line with its 90 day returns policy. I have emailed and phoned, but no response to either method of communication. There's no address for the return and no way to obtain a refund

I received a defective product on the 14th April, 2025

I received a defective product on the 14th of April, 2025.
I have emailed them multiple times with screenshots and videos displaying the defective unit but still no response.

I understand some units can be defective but to have no customer service at all is unacceptable.

I have yet to receive a response.

Very poor experience

I ordered a blood pressure monitor on April 20th, I have not received it by April 25 despite 2-3 shipping offered. Tracking links provided when the order was dispatched didn't work either. Informed, the customer service replied that my order "might have gotten lost in transit" and proceeded to a refund without even offering to send the item (bought at a promotional price) again. No reply when I commented on it. Very poor customer service, time wasted and disappointing experience. Will not be dealing with these people again. Judging by other reviews that I have now read , I should feel lucky to get a refund.

They STILL ignore every communication!

I returned this item via Royal Mail (Return to sender) the moment it arrived and notified Vitaltrack immediately. That was on the 5th April. Vitaltrack have ignored multiple emails since then and still do NOT answer their telephone!

Please do not be influenced by (very rare) positive reviews on Trustpilot. This company is clearly a scam and can not be trusted.

An excellent product and order experience

I don't know if the negative reviews on Trust pilot are designed to damage the Vitaltrack company, but my experience was excellent. I ordered on 14 April 2025 and received the blood pressure monitor on 23 April 2025 in NZ. I got a confirmation shortly after the purchase and an update with the shipping information and tracking a day later. The parcel came via DHL and I got regular tracking updates.The monitor inflates to about the same pressure as my Dr uses and the cuff is very comfortable. The unit is very easy to use and the readings are very similar to my Heart Specialists readings, indicating the unit is accurate.

Don't order anything from VitalTrack

January 3, 2025 I ordered blood pressure machine. I canceled the order immediately. Tried to call and they don't answer. Sent email and didn't reply until they said the item was sippped. On January 10 2025 I shipped it back following the instructions. Sent registered receipt and it was signed. When I didn't get my refund on February 6 I was advise by email they would check with their billing department. Then 3 minuets later another email advising the order refunded. I can't go back to bank to file recharge since I put a dispute on the charge suspecting a scam. I lost that dispute and the bank won't do a second dispute. Still can't talk to anyone on phone and no replies to my emails. Still no refund. I'm beginning to believe my gut in the first place was correct that this company is a boarderline scam. I have also read other reviews claiming problems. Don't believe their website reviews.

Recently purchased BP monitor

Recently purchased BP monitor online for personal use. I am a doctor so do understand these.Immediately after the transaction I read a number of poor reviews and was so concerned that I actually cancelled my credit card and obtained a new one. However my concerns were unfounded.Despite me being in New Zealand the item arrived from the UK in 14 days.Works perfectly and quality of an expected and acceptable standard.My only criticism would be that they claim to have a warehouse in NZ , which does not appear to be correct.

Very Low Quality -Don't Waste Your Money

This is a very low quality product and the app is just frustrating. The instructions are unclear and the responses are in Chinese so incomprehensible.
I couldn't even get signed in to use it and after several attempts, I just had to give up.

This looks like a real SCAM!

I have just ordered a BP monitor today only to then discover the disaster stories about Vitaltrack on here!

Vitaltrack claim

Vitaltrack do NOT answer their phone (automatic reply to call back in 10 minutes!)

They do not appear to answer emails either.

So…… I have contacted my credit card issuer to cancel the card against further fraud and now I will have to go through the ‘Charge Back’ scheme after 30 days.

How is it that these scammer are allowed to continue trading to with the credit card companies?!!

If you read this in time, please reconsider your purchase decision and buy elsewhere from a reputable company

Vital track BPM

After a recent hospital stay I was advised to check blood pressure frequently. On 20th March ordered Vital track Upper Arm Electronic Blood Pressure Monitor.
Checked Trustpilot and became concerned reading all the negative reviews. However the item arrived 22nd March. Unpacked, examined, read the comprehensive instructions. I am visually impaired and was still able to read them clearly. I have used it twice daily since then with readings remaining broadly consistent. The only deviation I make is that run the readings through the NHS check my blood pressure rather than the chart provided by Vital track. I cannot comment on the customer service aspect as yet have had no need to contact them. I’m very pleased with my purchase so far.

Not Good at all

Everything said here rings true. A lot of money for bog standard monitor. It has awful cuff that is not shaped, huge and uncomfortably large for normal people and a really cheap bag that comes apart. I also red in the blurb that it could connect to my phone but it doesn’t. When you ask to return for a refund you don’t hear another word. Everything said on TP I can relate to, judge.me seems totally incorrect and off the wall lets see if they publish my review on there!!!!

Do not buy anything from this company
I bought a tens machine. The item arrived and it looked like a fisher price toy. All plastic with no USB power pont or battery slot

It would be laughable if I hadn't paid £60 for the item

Ditto!! Wish I had know about trust pilot!! Tracking # is bunk. No one answers the phone. Cancelling my credit card # now. Buying my cuff from a brick & mortar pharmacy known to be legitimate!!
