Since I have actually tried their products for years, I know their customer service is absolutely top notch. They reach out to handle a problem better than a lot of companies although I have had very few issues in many years.

I was nervous from the reviews but I had a great experience. Quick answers to my questions, secure purchase, fast shipping. Totally legit.

They are not even any standard to put star , sorry to say I didn't receive my refund amount yet on my bank visa card .....order no 912699

This company appears to be shady. Customer service isn’t available ever, they don’t respond to messages and Facebook messages bounce back. I was going to place an order with them, but I decided against it. There are many complaints of customers not being able to reach customer service to sort out issues with their order. I rather not take a chance and find another supplier, even if it’s going to cost me few dollars more.

I do like the prices and selection, but I am disappointed that my shipments don't come from Edmonton anymore by Canada Post, they used to come 1-2 days to Calgary.

Vitamart left two items out of my order, which was rushed it to me on the same day. I was willing to wait longer for better service.
The replacement was sent by a different courier with no notification from Vitamart; Vitamart does not answer the phone and their customer service is terrible. I will use a more reliable provider for all but one of the items I ordered and have asked them to refund the price of the missing items. They agreed to refund the cost of the items. When and if they show up, I will return them to Vitamart.

Some of their items are priced more expensively than other places. But other than that I've not had any issues with them. I've not had them try to steal my financial information. They ship pretty quickly & I always receive the items I ordered.

Jacob resolved a complication/misunderstanding with my order in a smooth and reasonable way so I'm posting 5 stars here. Impressive ability to turn a negative situation around...

5 stars for many reasons; price, quality, convenience, and speed of shipping! Will continue to order from Vitamart

Site is easy to use and shipping on time.

Extremely overpriced item, regular selling $6.99, currently selling exact same product at $69.00. Product in no longer available, thus overpricing to an out of reach rate! Will NOT price match even though advistised as such, zero customer service or effort to make right. Warning to all!! Corporate greed at work 100%

I just got off phone with bank as I got a fraud alert while checking out at the end of my order an I called a sure enough they stole my credit card info,my identity all is compromised!! I’m so mad right now!!

This website is trying to steal your financial information. I tried placing an order with two different credit cards since it was refusing the transaction. I almost immediately received a phone call from my bank fraud department. They copied my online wallet. I will have to put a flag on myself with Transunion and Equifax. These people are scammers.

Outstanding experience and products!

I thought I did my homework before trying to buy something from here, I looked at reviews and only bad reviews were customer service was hard to get ahold of. I tried to purchase something from here and when I put my info in and my card details it sent me a push notification saying I had to Enter it to order.

After doing that it said declined, I tried again it said declined. Not thinking anything about it I gave up, 10 minutes later my bank sent me an email saying I set my card up in some ones wallet for apple pay which I dont have.
I went into my bank and locked my card just incase and went to bed. Sure enough my banks fraud department called me this morning saying my accounts are locked for identity theft and I told them what happened. I know have to close all my accounts had to put a flag on my indetity with eqifuax it's a nightmare.

There's a wide variety of products & the prices are competitive. Delivery is very quick.

Made a purchase on sept. 23, 2024.
Order is still in processing.
Sent 2 emails and received no response.
On another note: the website has been reported for phishing.

My order arrived exactly as expected. The process was easy and they had the product I was looking for.

Given some of the older, negative reviews for this company, we hesitated to shop with them.
We're glad we took a chance!
Service was fast and efficient.
It was one week from the time we ordered (10 PM PST) to delivery. That's good considering we live on an island that can delivery by a day or two.
