Made an Order and had to chase numerous times before being half delivered. Other half: told out of stock. Eventually, second order turned up, when a neighbour with a completely different house name, 1/4 mile away, showed up with my order!!! NOT GOOD, is a huge understatement.

company is a scam. after the order is submitted, they don't deliver the order. when asked for refunds, they just try to buy sometime (agree to refund but never actually performing it). avoid at all cost

I ordered 3 types of vegan cheese at Christmas. As another reviewer mentioned, I was told they were low on stock and only one item was sent, with the rest to follow “shortly.”
Months went by with no update, so I chased them myself. I got the runaround by email from someone called Emma, and only after mentioning the poor Trustpilot reviews did I get anywhere, they finally agreed to send the remaining cheeses.

Naturally, they picked the hottest week of the year to ship them. The ice packs in the box arrived warm and the cheese had turned to mush. Straight in the bin. Surely a company shipping perishable food should hold off during a heatwave, not post it out when it’s 30 degrees outside.

I wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering. I can’t recommend this company.

They are an absolute scam. Part of my order from April arrived, 3 months later I am still waiting for the rest. 20+ emails and they are simply lying to their customers, claiming to have dispatched but not able to show a tracking link proving this. Stay away!

I made an order. They told me they were low on stock and sent half. I had to prompt them after a couple of weeks regarding the other half. I asked for a refund. They then said they were able to deliver the remaining items left of the order.
Only 2 out of 3 arrived.

I sent a photo of the parcel contents to ask what had happened. They then stopped replying to my emails.

I checked their contact number. An outgoing message says they are only available to take calls between 1-3,pm (!?) Nevertheless when I rang during this time no one replied apart from one occasion where they put the phone down on me before I could speak.

A very odd organization. I wouldn't recommend engaging with them.

Absolutely terrible.
Stay clear of them.

Took 20 days to arrive.
I'd asked to refunded after waiting 10 days, then 15 days, then 19 days.
No response.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Had to go through my credit card to get my money back. No product received & ‘fob off’ emails from so called customer representative ‘Emma’

Ordered a perfume a month ago.
No sign of it.
No updates, unless you contact them and then they keep in telling you blunt "next week".
No refund, nothing!!!!

All good ! The order took two weeks to arrive but the discount was worth the wait. Was sceptical due to bad reviews but had a good experience. Emma from the website e mail is good to e mail if u have concerns.

I ordered some items in March and still have not received them in late June. I have chased them several times and asked for a refund but nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Scam! Do not use it!Had to trace my money back via PayPal.

Company is a total scam
I should have read past reviews before ordering
They did not send the goods and refused refunding me
They have nothing to do with the UK btw
I think they operate from a basement in Central Europe
They will steal your data and your credit card details

Staff were very responsive and helpful.
On this occasion they ran out of stock of the item I purchased, but I was offered alternate goods and free samples or a refund. I chose a refund and it is back in my PayPal account.

DO NOT USE! Would give 0 stars as scam company. Take money, never had stock, refund issued but did not complete. Luckily paid by PayPal so refunded by them. Constant lies re refunding and stock arrival. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

This is my 3rd order and I am pleased to say that it arrived promptly, all correct, nothing missing and no damage - and as much as half the price of other sellers.

Got same email as others "early next week". PayPal refunded. These are a scam company.

This company is a scam.

Do not purchase anything.

They will email you back in a roundabout fashion.

Item never dispatched and customer service just says will be with you early this week. Same message every week. Avoid at all costs
