Ordered two items one arrived the other didn't.
Four weeks to get a partial refund which didn't include the carriage charge.
Avoid, borderline scam.

No product received in 2 weeks, no communication with regards to why. Then told it was out of stock and would be back in stock in a few days, this did not happen so again I contacted them the week after, still no stock. Asked for a refund, which they said they would give, this again did not happen after 1 month. I chased this, and they said it had now been issued, which it has not. This company is a complete SCAM

I bought items on the 18th of May. On the 2nd of June, I contacted them at 7 am in the morning and asked to cancel the order because within 15 days they were not able to post it and I found items in different places. Instead of cancelling the same day after my email they post it and apologise for the delay. I sent a few more emails about cancellation, but no answer. Today got the delivery and contacted them to send me a prepaid label cause I don't need the items anymore I I want to return them. They just ignored me. Do not order from them

Should have read the other reviews before ordering. Two weeks after order I received no shipping g update. I emailed them and was told it would be sent out that week (thought it was a good sign their customer service answered asap), that week passed and no order! So I emailed asked then to cancel and refund me, got an answer straight away that they would… two weeks later still no refund but luckily I paid with PayPal so going through them for the refund! Dont order from this site, seems like no one gets their delivery!

I purchased once and it was fine. However, the second time I ordered iron supplements, nothing arrived after a month. When I contacted them they said they did a refund but nothing came through after a week so I had to log with paypal. The person handling the issue gave really weird, one sentence replies. They committed to giving a discount & free samples so I reordered as the product I wanted had been discontinued by the manufacturer so I wanted to stock up. 3 out of 6 items arrived w/no word from them & 0 samples. It seems they dont take out of stock items off the site. It doesn't seem worth trying with them tbh

I was attracted by the low prices and the fact that this company appears to be UK-based. I ordered 3 items and quickly got an email saying 1 of them had been dispatched. When it did not arrive, I sent an email and got a reply from Emma saying I would receive all 3 items in the middle of the following week. Nothing arrived, so I sent another email requesting cancellation and the refund of the entire order and I got another reply saying I would receive my order the week after that. I said I wanted a refund within the next 2 days or I would report them to Trading Standards and request that their business be investigated. They refunded me the following day. That was the only honest thing they did in the course of this transaction. I don't recommend ordering products from this website.

Ordered and paid for Floris candles on 21st May. They took my money through Pay Pal, then wrote "they are no longer in stock". Promised to reimburse on 27th May. Today is 2nd June. Still have not returned the money to Pay Pal who have kindly reimbursed me. Do not touch this company, even with a barge pole!

A complete scam website. Didn't receive my order, and after numerous attempts, they have gone silent. Whatever you do, do not order from them.

This is by far the worst online business I've ever dealt with, from website to ordering to items received to customer service. I will not be using them again.

Do not touch this company as you will regret it. They market products online they don’t have and take your payment but are unable to deliver. Then they try to string you along with excuses whilst holding onto your money and not refunding. The communications are woeful too.

In my opinion this is a fraudulent, fake business that should be closed down. AVOID.

Put an order for 2 X Eternity For Men body spray... Only one arrived...

Emailed them only for them to say 'does the delivery not say 1 of 2'...?? I replied yes, but it didn't say anything like that at point of order and payment...

They said they'd send another one out....... They didn't... Contacted them again... Told them to send another one ASAP... Next thing, I get notification of a refund..

Same experience as other buyers unfortunately. Products not in stock even though website says they are. Emma's one line responses to emails don't actually resolve anything. I'm usually very careful when ordering from a company I haven't used before and check Trustpilot reviews but I clearly made a mistake this time. No refund, so will need to go through the dispute resolution process. Other buyers please beware.

Avoid this company at all cost! Product was never delivered in close to 3 months. Each email was replied with false promises and lies. I doubt my refund will ever appear even though they have emailed me saying my order has been cancelled and monies refunded. Sleazy, scam of a company that deserves to be shut down by the authorities.

Avoid at all cost! Unscrupulous business. Advertised a product that they were unable to supply. Poor communication and getting a refund proved very difficult. Only received after 6 weeks when complaint to credit card was made.

I would give zero stars if I could. I placed the order on 05/05/26 and cancelled it immediately by email. Their phone line only goes to voicemail, and email seems to be the only available contact method.

Although customer service confirmed that I would receive a refund, 12 days later I am still waiting. Avoid this merchant like the plague.

Product didn’t arrive. After two weeks, I requested a refund. I have still not received this refund even after several emails. It’s been several weeks of waiting for it. Do not order from this website. It’s obviously some sort of scam.

I ordered 2.2kg proteins, few days after I get email that they aint got it in stock so I asked for refund instead of that I get 2x 600g of different proteins than I ordered and nobody reply for my emails!

Asked for a refund, and was told it would be issued and nothing. Have now logged a claim via my credit card company to get my money back. I wish I had reviewed this so called company here before I placed any orders.

I placed an order and never received the products. The company did not respond to any emails, and there is no working customer support. After researching, I found many other people reporting the same issue. Based on my experience, this website does not deliver what it sells and does not provide refunds. I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.
