This was my second visit to the clinic in the past year and a half. I would like to thank my doctor, Dr. Ahmet. After my appointment with the doctor, I would like to give special thanks to my consultant, Betty, for her support. She was always in touch, very easy and pleasant to communicate with, and truly helpful. She really helped me a lot.

I had a great experience with this dental clinic in Istanbul. In just three visits, they placed 4 implants and installed 7 crowns, and everything was handled very professionally.

The online support was excellent — clear, responsive, and friendly. In the clinic, the staff was caring, well-organized, and made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. The results look great and exceeded my expectations.

Formal Complaint – Unacceptable Organization, Pressure Tactics and Unprofessional Behavior
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally express our anger, disappointment, and outrage regarding the way our collaboration with Vitin Clinic in Istanbul was handled.
My wife traveled to your clinic for a major and life-changing medical procedure: extraction of 22 teeth and placement of 12 implants. While we acknowledge that, from a strictly medical perspective, the treatment itself went well (no pain, no swelling), everything else surrounding this experience was completely unacceptable.
From the very beginning, serious issues arose.
On Monday, upon our arrival, we discovered that our hotel had not been booked, despite clear prior agreements.
On Tuesday, we were subjected to over six hours of negotiations under intense pressure, due to a sudden and unjustified on-site price increase of €2,500. We were put in an impossible situation, in a foreign country, with no real alternative. This behavior clearly constitutes abusive and unethical pressure tactics.
On Wednesday morning, the situation became scandalous:
👉 We were literally expelled from our hotel because Vitin Clinic had failed to pay the hotel bill.
We were then relocated to another hotel that was dirty, poorly maintained, and completely unsuitable, especially for a patient who had just undergone major oral surgery.
On Friday, when my wife had finally completed her treatment and was supposed to receive her temporary teeth, another unacceptable incident occurred. After I took a simple photo, the doctor reacted in a highly unprofessional manner, threw the teeth away, and left the room for approximately 30 minutes to argue with Vitin Clinic’s management, claiming he did not want any photos taken.
This behavior was shocking, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional.
To summarize, our experience with Vitin Clinic was defined by:
Catastrophic organization
Questionable and aggressive commercial practices
Constant psychological pressure
A complete lack of respect for patients
We are extremely disappointed. This experience caused us a level of stress that is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a medical context involving heavy and invasive treatment.
Be assured of one thing: we will never return to Vitin Clinic, and we will strongly advise anyone considering treatment with you to stay away.

On first contact with Vitrin I found then professional and very understanding I visited Istanbul in November 2025 and was collected from airport and taken to my 5 star hotel I was very impressed when I arrived at the clinic they were very helpful and I found the set up amazing After consultation and X-ray my treatment was discussed The surgery was carried out by a lady surgeon (sorry forgot her name) she was very understanding and considerate I suffered no pain following my all on 6 treatments on both upper and lower jaw I look forward in going back in February for completion of my treatment David

Joseph – Medical Consultant
Joseph is without question the future of this company. Although Joseph was not physically in the clinic, he was constantly involved from start to finish, coordinating everything from behind the scenes and remaining in constant communication by phone. From planning and explaining options, to answering questions and checking in regularly, Joseph made sure both myself and my mother were fully supported at every stage. Even after returning home, his communication continued, ensuring we were both looked after and informed. His professionalism, leadership, and dedication are a massive asset to the company.

Specialist Doctors & Surgeons – Dr Melih, Dr Ziya & Dr Ismail
Before arriving, I didn’t know exactly what treatment I needed and originally thought I wanted the same treatment as my mother. Once at the clinic, the specialists carried out proper scans, in-depth tests, and full assessments, and took the time to clearly explain what treatment was genuinely needed.
Dr Melih explained my root canal treatment clearly and calmly, Dr Ziya carried out the PMMA work with incredible attention to detail, and Dr Ismail handled the implant and surgical work with confidence and precision. Nothing unnecessary was pushed.

As a result, my teeth were saved where possible, and my treatment involved root canals, teeth being shaved down, implants, and temporary restorations.
My mother required extremely complex work including a full extraction, bone shaving, bone grafts, sinus lifts, and 12 implants, and the care shown — especially considering her type 2 diabetes and discoid lupus — was outstanding.

Pain management and aftercare were handled extremely well. Every member of the team played a part in ensuring we were comfortable, properly medicated, and fully informed. Pain relief, antibiotics, and aftercare instructions were all explained clearly, and we were never left unsure or uncomfortable.

Mr. Bilal – Medical Consultant
Mr. Bilal was a huge support, particularly with my mother’s treatment. He worked with us on pricing, adjustments, and discounts when additional work was required, ensuring everything remained fair and manageable. His professionalism and understanding made a big difference.

Khadija – Patient Care
Khadija was constantly checking in and always available, making sure we were comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the process. She is a massive asset to the clinic.

Catherine – Translator & On-Site Support
Catherine was incredible — more than a translator, she was like a best friend on site. She always looked out for us, organised everything seamlessly, and made sure nothing felt overwhelming.

Katia – Aftercare Team
Katia continued the care even after we returned home, available 24/7 to check in, provide guidance, and make sure recovery was progressing well. That level of aftercare is rare and deeply appreciated.

The receptionists, coffee doctors, drivers, coordinators, and all on-site staff contributed to a truly 5-star experience, from airport transfers to appointment organisation.

We will both be returning in six months to complete our treatment and genuinely cannot wait to return. This clinic is beautiful, modern, and filled with specialists, but what truly sets it apart is the people, ethics, and genuine care.

We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend this clinic.

The reason I attended Vitrin was because I met someone who had been to the clinic and was very satisfied with their results. This gave me an insensitive to contact Vitrin. When I did this I was impressed by their response as they seemed to understand my requirements. I attended January 2025, september2025 and January 2026. My first visit was uncomfortable and stressful I felt I could have been better informed. My second visit was less stressful. The 3rd visit was much more relaxed and I felt the staff and I got to know each other leading to a more comfortable experience. Vitrin Clinic is a busy clinic and I understood that I was not the only patient and did not expect special treatment. There is a lot to take in and the more time explaining to patients the more relaxed they will become. Also All costs should be explained in full, regardless of whether a patient is receiving that particular treatment or not. I know Vitrin cannot quote an exact cost until an examination has taken place but patients should be made aware of what they might have to pay. If Vitrin fails to do this it could look like , ‘hidden costs’. Over I am very pleased with my visit to Vitrin and especially satisfied with my results.
