I love the belts and the system, but you need to have size options... S, M, L...

I'm a size 36 for belts and your belt does 1 1/3 my body. Way to long.

Would I buy another? Not until you have smaller sizes.

the 3 ladies belts are very nice and the buckle is easy to use. I am however surprised that the belts are not real leather, they don't smell or feel like leather. I hope that they last for a long time, both the belts and the buckles. Overall I am happy with the purchase

I ordered two belts - one for my son and the one for me.
The belt was not long enough for me.
I complained and they offered to send a longer belt at my cost but at a discount.
I ordered the longer belt but never saw the discount.
I tried the longer belt.
The belt could easily disconnect from the buckle.
I complained and they asked me to send a video of the buckle disconnecting.
I sent a video but no remedy was forthcoming so I used crazy glue to permanently attach the belt to the buckle.
I believe there is a fault in the design.
My remedy of crazy glue worked.

I previously bought these belts for my husband who is delighted with them. Bought another one for my 94 year old father in law. So easy for him to use. Excellent product,

I ordered a belt for my husband for Christmas, it took weeks for the order to arrive. I gifted him the belt but almost immediately he reported an issue with it.
Reached out to Vitello to honour the “warranty” sent an email and trie to use the online help desk and zero response from any communication.
Save your money and order from a more reputable company

Happy with the products but the delivery took quite awhile and I was surprised a company that promoted itself as Canadian was actually shipping my order from outside Canada. The short international flight time suggests it might have been from the US…
Also, the packaging was not secure and ripped in transit and then the delivery company ignored my sign to leave between my doors. It was a very rainy day so by the time it was retrieved, all the boxes inside were damp and warped. One of these was intended as a gift, so it doesn’t look very nice. Fix your packaging!

I am still waiting to get time to get the right size before I cut the belt shorter.

So far, it’s been an awesome belt. Hasn’t let me down easy to adjust tighten release able to hold all my devices that I put onto it sturdy very happy with this belt.

Everything was great but belt was a Christmas gift and did not arrive until after Christmas , this would have been fine if I knew it was not going to be in time

Ordered it for my bf and I don’t usually fall for the ads lol but I’m so glad I did because he loves it!!! I like that it’s adjustable. If he loses it I know where to get one again 😊

The delivery was completely unacceptable. It took more than a month to receive the belt that I ordered. There was no customer service provided to me and I was just given excuse after excuse on why the order was so badly delayed. I will never order from them again.

Early on, I discovered they simply ship directly from Mainland China. Package was late, lots of excuses (every other package from other vendors arrived on time!). Package was left out in the rain/snow rather than being placed on covered porch two steps away. Gift recipient (got the gift well-after Christmas Day) didn't like belt, so have tried twice (maybe three times) to get a return shipment sticker from them - no such luck, so far, even though they offer free returns.

I purchased a belt for my husband and a belt/wallet for my son-in-law as gifts for Xmas. Both were very happy with the belts and put them on right away. They liked the quality of the belt and that they could be adjusted easily. My son-in-law also liked the wallet because of its sleek design and was going to be switching it out with his bulkier wallet. Am happy with my purchases. Also a bonus that I bought everything on sale.

I was disappointed to find out that it's just a drop shipment from China. It took 3 weeks to get to me, completely missing Christmas.

My Dad loved the belts. He thinks that it is a fabulous idea to not have to hunt and peck for the holes in his old belts.
