I can process all types of cards easily and recently new useful features were added. Only drawback that they don't allow charging cards without physical presence except for hotels. Very annoying.

Whenever I try to login to my account it shows I write wrong password which isnt correct. Then to change it they must send me the code which is valid 30mins but code is not coming at all or after 30 mins. Not possible to login to account and withdraw money. Dissapointed

Very bad experience with this platform.
They suddenly blocked my funds, and now they have thousands of euros blocked that they won't let me touch.
I've sent more than four emails and spoken to customer support via chat seven times, but I still haven't received a response in over a week. I've mentioned my late payments more than once to customer support, but they simply ignored me.
I do not recommend using this platform at all. Beware!!!!

They moved me from a free service to a subscription without notification.. they said they emailed me but i never received anything and they declare that their tos allows them to do this. No email notifications for monthly charges, no receipts. They silently try to get you into owing them money. Thats a very shady tactic, stay away, i thought they're a good company but after this, i read so many negative experiences.

Viva is not technically ready to help funders , it only serves themselves , The reports are ONLY avaiable for those who use Excel ( forget about Mac users) and their page is full of bugs . Staff is helping as much as they can but they are only trained to help you with Microsoft... Viva is pretneding to be Neobank but foundations are still back in the 1990s ...

Worst neo bank. The bank has completely lost it. Products are not working. Cards are not working. Useless support that just copy paste FAQ. This is a completely useless bank that some time ago, was working perfectly. You cannot even send money to another bank. No selection of it. WTF!!!

I experienced a serious fraud incident with Viva Wallet. Within just a few minutes, 11 unauthorized transactions (totaling 5,670 ILS) were charged to my business card from a merchant I have never dealt with (“Ooredoo – Ramallah”). The card details were clearly stolen. I explicitly confirmed that I never authorized these payments, and there is no invoice, contract, or service of any kind linking my company to this merchant.
Despite EU law (PSD2, Articles 73–74) requiring the provider to immediately refund unauthorized transactions, Viva Wallet has failed to do so. Instead, I have only received repetitive template emails like “the process is ongoing.” No refund, no transparency, and no essential details provided (ARN, MID, terminal IDs).
I contacted Ooredoo, who stated they would cooperate with their bank and Mastercard but pointed out that the responsibility lies with the card issuer (Viva Wallet). I also reached out to Mastercard Europe, the Central Bank of Cyprus, and the Bank of Greece.
A week later I still have no resolution and no refund.
For a financial institution trusted to handle payments, this behavior is unacceptable. The lack of urgency, accountability, and compliance with EU regulations shows a systemic failure in how Viva Wallet handles fraud cases. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this company with their money.

I am a server at viva. The reason I chose to work here is because of the menu (margaritas as well as food), the environment, and the amazing staff. I am happy to say that I am proud to still be an employee and grateful to be serving our wonderful community. I know the transition hasn't been perfect but I would like to give a huge shout out to our amazing new owner Katie. She is more than a boss, she is innovative, community oriented, caring, and holds us (her staff) to the highest standards. I hope to see you all soon.
Highly responsive team.
A great add value in the products and services.
We’ve been using cardpayment trough store alot, and making over 100-150.000€ card payment with no problem. Started to using Viva.com because we visiting customers outside our shop and want to take cardpayments directly.
1-2 transactions were okey, after the third they blocked the account and i’m still waiting for the department reviewing 2 documents. Yes, 2 documents taking more than 72 hours. The customer support answering same answers like an robot. I want my case to be solved. Our money is Held by Viva.com

The staff are arrogant and unprofessional. Although they claim to have an office in the UK, it is powerless. All communication is handled through an office in Europe (most likely Cyprus), where the chat staff seem more interested in passing time than providing real support. They have no understanding of how to properly run a business. I am 100% certain this is simply an investment company, not experts in the market. Be cautious—do not trust them with your account details, as your information will not be secure.

My girlfriend and I bought a couch for €2024 from a company called Woonenzo in Eindhoven on 18 July 2025. Woonezo sent me a payment link where Viva was the payment method used. The initial reaction from Woonenzo was that they received the money, but they later notified me that the money was indeed not received.
We opened a fraud case with out bank (Revolut) and after a month they said they couldn't retrieve the money.
I do not know what happened, but it is unacceptable that a payment is made and Viva did not ensure that it reaches the recipient.
Our next step is to report this case to the authorities.
I strongly recommend not to use their services.

I have been using Viva for a while for my website and decided to go with a machine for my shop. Found Matt, the area rep very helpful, not pushy for a sale. Quick payment from sales makes this a no brainer decision for me
Very bad services from my experience. First, the voucher that we had in our phones , me and my wife, 3 years before never worked. We went to North Evia to cash in the voucher of 150 euro and we were forced to pay from us. We had multiple telephone contacts with the company and no one could give us a solution. Second, last year we went to a concert at Katrakio Theater and our tickets from Viva didn't pass the check so we went to a kiosk to find a solution. Finally we got our tickets but we spent at least 20 minutes waiting in line. At the same time the concert had already begun. Third and final, i paid my insurance at 14th of July 2025 of my motorbike with my credit card by instalments and they got the full amount at once from my account.
Very bad services from my little experience.

I used Viva's service for several months. I had no problems. I was told that a rolling reserve of 15% would be placed on my account for the first three months, which was fine with me. There were some misconceptions about the release, but that could have been due to my own inattention...
A little later, €10,000 was frozen and I received a notification that it would be held for 90 days because they considered me a risk, something that had been indicated in advance as not being possible. Reason: I have too high a dispute percentage, but these disputes only came in later, so I was never able to take any action against them.
It has now been six months. I have been trying to contact Viva for months and am sent away without any information every time. That 10k is still frozen on the account and I am getting zero clarity (after having contacted them more than 10 times). It's one thing that money is being held, but the fact that communication is so unclear, the case is not being taken seriously, and there is zero clarity is a disgrace. My account manager has not responded to my messages for months, there is no one I can reach, and the service is extremely poor. In other words, do not use Viva's service.
