The ordered and paid goods were Not delivered. I've been waiting more than 8 Werkstatt for a Sofa - unbeleavable! Iwould never order anything from Vivense againand I will advise everyone against IT.

Missing services & No customer support
Ordered a bedframe with installation and delivery, but the delivery arrived later than expected. The driver refused to deliver to the house and apply assembly even though it is purchased. When contacted the email address the response was one sentence stating that I have not purchased the assembly. But the assembly and delivery were free of charge and it was clearly stated on my order details. I need asap assembly support but there is not even a customer service number that we can reach out

Don't waste your money and time placing order with Vivense
I regret placing an order with Vivense. I ordered 2 wardrobes. Delivery of the items were delayed and were later delivered incomplete.
There was no phone number to reach this supplier, you can only send email and response is not quick.
In their reply to my email, there was no willingness to send the missing parts. The back and forth was too much.
I wasted my money and time.
I will not advise anyone to place order with them.

One star is too much
One star is too much! Stay away from this website. We ordered a table on 22.3 and on coordinated delivery day we stayed home ALL day waiting and they sent a carpet instead which we didn’t accept. Since then neither have we received a table nor is customer service giving us a refund! I regret not coming to Trustpilot before ordering. This website is a scam.

Warning! Scam!
Warning! This online shop's business model is a scam. They attract customers by offering big discounts on their products. Yet, they cancel these products after you've purchased them with the excuse "they had an error in their system". They pretend to be nice by giving you an "apology credit" to re-purchase the same product. This is the scam: the apology money is in reality a much smaller discount intended to encourage you to buy the same product for a much higher price.

Instructions came in turkish and no use at all. Tried to call as per their opening hours on the website and they cut you off. Filled out online form got to wait min 24 hours. Not any good when we're trying to put up the unit

Poor quality and long lead times
I ordered a mirror in January. Delivery took almost 3 months. The quality of the product is very poor. The leg of the mirror barely holds the weight and is very fragile. The frame and the glass are poorly constructed.

Already paid but no delivery and no reply
I am trying to get in touch with them about our order, we already paid a few weeks ago and we should have been contacted about scheduling the delivery already a few weeks ago as well. Unfortunately, i dont receive any feedback, after sending them a few emails.. really really want to receive any reply to make sure we get our money back or we receive the tables!

Terrible Customer Service
We bought a TV unit, one piece came broken because packaging was so bad. We wrote to their mail address (request no #4324033), they responded if we want refund or replacement, we asked for replacement. They replied that they could not find our order in their system and if we are sure that we bought it from vivense germany(it is another joke). We confirmed that but then no respond for 17 days, sick of this. Totally worst customer service ever. Replace the broken part or take back the whole package with full refund as soon as possible or I will seek my rights through legal means
