They are garbage with ship and customer service and they lie I would give them 0 stars but one is required. I have tried to place two different orders and they seem to have lost my orders and can never ship on time

Literally always have the best prices for name brand car parts, and all you do is put in information for your car and they show you every part that will fit your car. The hardest part is picking your favorite!

I ordered a body kit for my 350z last month 2024 an it came damaged an not only that I call back they claim to not do anything about it an came a week later than it was supposed to so I call to complain to someone named gabby which who didn’t help at all but then not only that the body kit I ordered didn’t even fit my car all the way so I talked to someone higher up an they claim they can’t give warranty or anything that the manufacturer have to give a yes so please save your money to somewhere else I promise there is better out there !

I’ve been waiting for my products to arrive for over two years. I try and get in touch with them and they say the whole Covid thing is the problem. Not good enough. But checked with the supplier of the products that they are getting them from and they have them in stock ?

I spoke with a sales rep about tires and explained my situation and he insured me that my tires would stick out from the sides of my truck. I went ahead and purchased the tires. Had one placed on the rim and put back on the truck and that was not the case. These tires were even with the side of my truck. I called to do a return and spoke with the manager in the returns department, Bailey, who Said they would return three tires but not the one that was placed on the rim because it was considered used even though it never touched the street. Long story short, I am now stuck with one, $850 tire and have to pay $40 per tire ($120) to ship the other three back. My advice to you who are buying tires from this company is, if they ask you to take a picture make sure the tires are NOT on the rim because they will refuse to take it back. I am now $1,000 in the hole due to being given inaccurate information from this company.

Availability and a wide range of parts. Most have forgotten about the Porsche 996 and just do not offer much. This site is different. I will be able to put together my plan for my Porsche by utilizing Vivid Racing.

At end of the day even in a digital world personal service sells. Nate now is my personal go to guy when I need something. We quite literally just email him what we are looking at and he builds us a cart and a deal and we close the sale. This truly is a 1 of 0 experience in the performance world and it will not be our last. As we build this for our channel and new company launch Nate and vivid will be out first stop for products.

Stephen was insanely fast with responses and calling back/answering the phone, some of the best online customer service I have ever had. Comparing it to RH.com it is like comparing an SF90 to a VW bug, night and day. He even was able to price match and cut shipping costs. Best website for any time of parts I have ever been to.

Very poor communication and customer service. Only three out of my four piston rings came in an and my seibon hood didn’t come in at all which I paid near 1k for. Reached out many times via call and email but all I got was voicemail and no response through email. Would not recommend this supplier at all if you want what you ordered.
