I got may order canceled and I got the info when I was asking for delayed order for the third time!

We completely understand how frustrating it is to look forward to a wine and see the order cancelled.

While we make every effort to keep our stock information up-to-date, there are still some rare instances where the product sells out before the system updates.

With hundreds of thousands of wines available and hundreds of partners, all trying to provide exciting wines and prices, there is a tiny chance of misalignment in our inventory for a few seconds. Also considering the fragile nature of wine, it's also very possible that some bottles we thought were in stock either broke or were found to be corked and had to be removed from circulation. We are continuously working on improving our inventory management systems to eliminate all possibilities of those situations, but it's a work in progress.

Frustration with Invalid Tracking and Ineffective Chatbot Support

My order remained stuck in “shipped” status for three days, and the Planzer tracking number didn’t exist on Planzer’s website. I had to contact Vivino’s support to verify the issue, but it took considerable effort to reach an actual human — the chatbot experience is genuinely frustrating. Only after a support agent manually validated the problem and contacted the vendor did the shipment finally move forward, and only then did the tracking number start working.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this, and it’s making me increasingly reluctant to purchase from Vivino again.

My package was sent to some station…

My package was sent to some station while I was home!!! They didn't even try to reach me at my place. I can't carry 10kg by myself and I have no car.

They sent the wrong order

I really like your service. But this time I ordered a 2019 vintage. After I ordered and paid it turned out that you could not fulfill my order. So you just sent a 2022 vintage instead. I would have preferred that you reached out explaining in detail what the situation was. Now I have 3 bottles of wine that I didn’t order and I have tried twice to get help to make it right. But so far no one has answered my request.
