I really like the fact that if the product t is sold out, refunding is instant and no waiting for days to get it back and Vivino is very honest will give you a higher quality sometimes in its place to make sure customer satisfaction is garunteed, amazing communication and swift action is taken if needed . This first experience was disapointing

This first experience was disapointing. I wanted the 2023 year of a beautifull wine. And I received the 2024 year. Only after I received the package it became clear to me that Vivino automatically sends another year if the selected year is not on stock. Without clear indication that the selected year is not available and another year is sent.

First two bottles of six had cork…

First two bottles of six had cork issues. Vivino has responded to my first complaint and has refunded me the first bottle. I am awaiting response on the second bottle and what to do with the remaining four. I’m happy with Vivino’s response, but not with this order of wine.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to look forward to a wine and see the order cancelled.

While we make every effort to keep our stock information up-to-date, there are still some rare instances where the product sells out before the system updates.

With hundreds of thousands of wines available and hundreds of partners, all trying to provide exciting wines and prices, there is a tiny chance of misalignment in our inventory for a few seconds. Also considering the fragile nature of wine, it's also very possible that some bottles we thought were in stock either broke or were found to be corked and had to be removed from circulation. We are continuously working on improving our inventory management systems to eliminate all possibilities of those situations, but it's a work in progress.
