Vivino provides great products with great customer service. Delivery was was taking a little longer than usual with this order, I contacted them through the app, and I received an immediate response and within 24 hours I had updated tracking which was accurate.

I received two bottles different from those that were advertised. Different in shape and from different years, despite being from the same producer. The price was higher than if I had bought them on sale, as I usually do.

Order Cancelled Due to Inventory

Ordered product and waited, only to receive message days later that product was not available. Refund was issued promptly, but was very disappointed in the timing, especially while ordering, it gives you a number of said inventory.

While we make every effort to keep our stock information up-to-date, there are still some rare instances where the product sells out before the system updates.

With hundreds of thousands of wines available and hundreds of partners, all trying to provide exciting wines and prices, there is a tiny chance of misalignment in our inventory for a few seconds. Also considering the fragile nature of wine, it's also very possible that some bottles we thought were in stock either broke or were found to be corked and had to be removed from circulation. We are continuously working on improving our inventory management systems to eliminate all possibilities of those situations, but it's a work in progress.

Partially satisfied - communication issue

I received my first order but I had no news from the second one, no confirmation email, nothing whereas money has been taken. I received it finally so everything ok but communication from marketplace sellers could be improved

We never received our order from Vivino. I filed a claim with the online AI and have had no response. It was a 600 plus dollar order. Please give us the wine or refund our money.

Bad service manners

After DPD failed to find our correct address, I was instructed to contact the sender – you. Your employee apologized for the inconvenience and, in turn, referred me back to DPD. Worse than bad delivery drivers are customer service representatives who just want to get rid of you so they don't have to deal with you! Only after I wrote to Mr. M., including informing him that I was no longer your customer, did he take action, apologize, offer compensation, and suddenly want to personally handle everything. Had this happened immediately, I would still be your customer today. I find this kind of business practice appalling and will therefore be buying my wine elsewhere from now on.
