The SLIMIEST company ever!
The SLIMIEST company ever!! Do not do business or go under contract with them because they make it nearly impossible to cancel. Called to cancel my account and the representative I spoke with told me it was all taken care of and canceled and then 2 months later I am still getting charged the monthly rate. He had given me a free month so it would seem like it was canceled but never actually canceled. After being transferred 4 times and on the phone for 40 minutes they canceled my policy or so it seems with no offer to refund and still having to pay an additional month. WORST company ever!

Vivint is the worse company I’ve ever…
Vivint is the worse company I’ve ever had to deal with. Essentially wasted $5000 on a service that sat in my basement for 2.5 years because they wouldn’t cancel it and the salesman lied to me about being able to use it anywhere I moved. Absolutely terrible company that wasted years of my life and cost me a lot of money. What a joke.

Price quote was all over the map. Tech was OK but late and wanted me to find him a parking space. Tried to charge me way over the original quotes. All in a bad experience.

They did install the thermostat and it’s working well. They have not installed the doorbell yet . Technician told me I had to have at least 11 megabytes to install. We have 16 megabytes and doesn’t want to install. I am not happy with this decision. I want it installed regardless, so it is on.
