Vixia built me an amazing water cooled PC meticulously. The builder was an extremely friendly guy who handled everything with utmost care, testing the system extensively after finishing. The communication and support afterwards was nothing short of stellar. He followed up to ensure the thermals were holding steady and that I was comfortable with the maintenance side of a custom loop. I would highly recommend Vixia over any other bigger brand.

Fantastic service from start to finish! He came out quickly to install an additional HDD in my PC and had everything set up perfectly in no time. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knows his stuff.

Work was carried out efficiently and in a very tidy manner — no mess left behind and everything running smoothly before he left.

Highly recommend to anyone needing PC upgrades or repairs. Top service all round!

Amazing service, breathtaking result. My computer was built to my exact specification, down to the brand of each component, the colour of every led. But this was all made unique and outstanding by the colourful, bespoke watercooling offered by Vixia, which is why I came here in the first place. The cooling system looks almost Steampunk in my opinion.
The build has taken a week, but I was given daily photo updates, which just made the process even more exciting.
Not cheap, but if you want your machine stand out even amongst the best of the top gaming rigs, this is the place to call.

Highly recommend buying a PC from this company, great service, and most of all great after sale. Had a few teething problems so I WhatsApp him and within 10 minutes he was helping me with my problem. All sorted now, happy customer.

I bought my PC from him about three years ago now and I’ve not had any major problems with it. The PC itself has been amazing! I bought the PC as refurbished, but most the parts had been either replaced or cleaned properly. At first it was very scary spending this much money on a PC since I’ve never had anything so expensive but he’s been great, he answers every question I have and he answers very quick. He was very flexible with dates and times he could come to my house to initially drop it off and install it. I recently had a small leak because of a slightly loose seal (to be expected with stuff like this) and he came and repaired it for me within two days of me messaging and he was very flexible with times and dates again. He’s a lovely and genuine guy to talk to who’s clearly very passionate about PCs. All my experiences have been very good and I would definitely recommend.
