Customer Services Second To None

The customer service for this company are second to none. Three A1 boards which were ordered for our small charity but were the wrong size. We only discovered this a few months after delivery as the person who ordered them was very ill and sadly died. Despite the time lapse we wrote and asked if they could be returned. We had a reply within minutes saying that they would refund them. Despite having a few problems with the account being for someone else they helped us sort the problem and the issue was resolved.
They replies were always immediate, considerate and helpful. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. It makes such a change to deal with a company with this standard of customer services.

Lost Keys

I contacted Viz-Pro as the keys to my display board had been lost. They couldn't have been more helpful. Will responded very promptly to my telephone call and I received 2 spare sets within a couple of days.

I received my order which was damaged…

I received my order which was damaged in transit, I called viz-pro, they promptly resolved the issue by collecting and resending my new product.
The staff was very professional and the product is excellent.
I highly recommend viz-pro.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, accepted an order knowing they had no stock, guaranteed delivery twice and didn't deliver gave up and claimed a refund in the end. Customer service that cane out of Gavin and Stacey

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but we would like to clarify the situation. Your original order was dispatched on time, but unfortunately the courier misplaced the parcel. As soon as we became aware of this, we offered to send a replacement straight away.

At that point, the colour you originally ordered was out of stock, so we offered an alternative colour so that we could still fulfil your order promptly.

During this communication, the messages we received from you were inappropriate towards our staff. As we have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour, we made the decision to issue a full refund instead of proceeding with the replacement. This refund was proactively issued by us, not requested by you. We have also reported the messages to Amazon for review.

We always aim to provide helpful and respectful service, and we hope this clarifies the situation from our side.

Part Excellent Customer Service – Fast Resolution and Great Communicationof my order arrived damaged during…

Part of my order arrived damaged during delivery, which was disappointing at first. However, I contacted Viz-Pro, and their response was outstanding. They immediately arranged for the damaged part to be collected and sent out a replacement the very next day.

What really stood out was the level of communication — I received regular email updates letting me know exactly what was happening and when. They even took extra care with the packaging of the replacement to prevent any further issues.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, and their customer service truly went above and beyond. Very impressed and would not hesitate to order from them again.
