Terrible company

Terrible company, no customer service. I signed up and paid $99 to run some reporting, and it didn't work... multiple errors, slow performance... it works randomly, etc. Not a company to trust. Stay away from this company.

Total scam – don’t fall for it like I did

Let me save you the trouble: don’t touch this company with a ten-foot pole. I signed up for their so-called “1-day trial” just to test things out — and guess what? They charged me anyway.

I immediately reached out for a refund. I hadn’t used the service beyond the trial, didn’t generate a single report — nothing. Any decent company would’ve looked at that and said, “Yeah, no problem.” But not these guys.

Instead, they sent me the same cold, scripted line over and over: “We only refund if no reports were generated.” WHICH I DIDN’T DO. Still no refund. I emailed again. And again. Some messages got a lazy reply, most got ignored. You know that sinking feeling when you realize nobody on the other end gives a damn? Yeah, that.

This isn't a real company in any meaningful sense — it's a money trap. They hide behind shady terms and ghost you when you ask for help. It's the kind of operation that hopes you’ll give up before they have to actually do anything.

I’ve subscriptions with all kinds of companies online — good, bad, and everything in between — but this one? Bottom of the barrel. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. They don’t deserve your business, period!

They don't have any customer support

I tried their free trial, they required my card for that. I was not given option to unsubscribe or cancel I didn't like their offer so I wanted to cancel it and they keep on to charge my card I sent 3 emails at support@shulex,com but no-one responded, then I had to replace my card which unfortunate and insane. I will never do business with such a company who robe away the money and a no customer support at all
