Good customer service
Absolutely horrible internet service…
Absolutely horrible internet service provider all-year-round. From morning to evening, there is a despicably crappy and choppy service. Working from home is basically committing career suicide and raising your own blood pressure.
Thank you for your horrible, most ridiculous service. Paying 220 cedis/month for nothing but rage and continuous emotional breakdowns. Additionally, recharging data on your phone is a minefield of uselessness. All anybody needs is a decent 4g connection with none of the irrelevant between 12-4 am nonsense. Keep that to yourselves. Just give us more data that actually works, for less pay. No need for ostensible embellishments that only complicate the user's experience. You make me want to change my entire lifestyle and move into the forest, where I will never have any contact with your substandard services.
Even leaving this review has taken up the better part of my morning.
You are ruining days, energies and lives, just so you are all aware of your social impact.
Nasty stuff. Nasty service. Nasty options.
Best Internet access in the country
Best Internet access in the country. I have been using Vodafone for my daily internet usage and I have to say that compared to any other Telecom in Ghana, these guys are by far the best and the cheapest sometime back but now they seem to be competing in that area due to them reducing their 1GB bundle to 2 days instead of 3. But even with that, I am very happy with the smooth internet connectivity I get. Kudos to them and I hope they go back to the 3days 1GB data package soon.
